It would help if you told us what this is going to and from. But initial guess is you are running too much power through that connector. I'm not even sure what that is. Are you using a pcie extender or something? If so the coloring of the cable is kind of strange.

Is it me or does it look like the two yellow wires are twisted together? As in stripped and twisted.

Generally speaking you will see this if the 12v (yellow) cable is being overloaded. I'm not familiar with the asicminer blade, but looking at pics they only use 2- 12v cables. The gauge looks ok from the picture. Maybe connector wasn't properly made?

The ones i see for the asicminer blade were green colored screw terminals.  see
