make sure its in your %appdata%/frycoin folder. Usually takes a little while to connect.

The operator of that pool chose to run it as a private pool instead of a p2pool node, so its not getting the p2pool network hashrate and that means that the variance is a little higher because blocks are found less often. You do get more per block though, so it should even out if you mine long enough. For the current pool rate where you're mining, you should get an average of (80 / 5500) * 300 ~= 4 Fry per block found by your pool. With the high share variance from the low 80 kh/s hashrate though, it may take time to get to that average.

Of course you're also welcome to see if you get the same on one of the p2pool nodes that are part of the p2pool network :
