Hello.
I have really bad news for you - our base, as i see, was partly compromised and leaked to unknown hacker. Today i received a message from him, and threat that all our money will be withdrawn if we wouldn't pay him 10 BTC. Even though we stored user passwords as hashes, some of them was decrypted and used to steal people's money. We temporarily closed (or closed forever?) to think what we can do to refund our customers money, at least partially. We have lost ~40% of LTC, LEAF and part of NYANcoin amount. Sometimes i like the idea when no other exchange accept any money we trade...
Thank you, hacker. You just killed one of the part of cryptoworld bright future.

I don't think this will happen.
Even if we rework all our site, solve all possible security issues - people's trust is lost, as i think. This makes me so sad.
Just now we are trying to find any fund we can - even takin my/devteam funds - to atleast partially refund losses.

Thanks for luck, we will need it.

Hm, maybe it was mistake. Some of them was DEcrypted by hacker. If you know hashed password, within 5-20 hours you can decrypt it into unencrypted one.

Why would someone ask a 10 BTC ransom to release coins worth... more than 10 BTC? Doesn't sound like good hacker logic unless he's just trying to get another 10 BTC on top of everything of course.

Where is the proof that you didn't steal your customers money and blame it on a hacker? It seems like a perfect scenario for you.

I had some VTC and BTC funds at your market, is it possible to get a refund? It is a large sum for me (>0.5 btc).
It's impossible. We don't have neither VTC nor BTC on our market. Go troll somewhere else.

Wow, thanks for trust. I have support ticket with threats and we'll look for ip adresses of this.
Also, we had one TTC incident and could easily steal 19M of TTC (worth nearly 300 ltc) without any problem. But they now lay at their owner's account.

TTC is safe, but i can't withdraw anything without mail confirmation. We'll write down everything in our thread as soon as possible.

Thanks again. Just now you can see in our thread how hacker is blaming exchange for trying to steal users' money.

Yes, it's really fail.
But we are not leaving with any cash - we are going to refund as much as we can, even from our own money.
