icobench is something that I never care about projects that are overly overrated with its true value. So if you find bounty on it most likely will not be successful or take too much time

There's no shortcut. Everyday, dozens of bounty threads are posted in this forum. Finding the best one takes a lot of time and effort. If you are enrolling for a signature campaign, then you may need to screen at least 100 or 200 different campaigns before finalizing on the best one.

New bounty campaign maybe good to join or not, so better once they have new campaign open check first the information of the project or ICO and decide if you want to join or not. Bounty campaign is connected to the project once the project are successful and trusted the  bounty also become sucessful.

 It will be good if you check daily the bounty section. Email by notification is good but there some bounty that he didnt text to you. Thats why its better to check daily than wait for email
