I successfully withdrew all my coins yesterday (Sept. 16) via the trader API. Took a couple of attempts, but eventually got them all. Unfortunately I deposited some BTC, they don't show and support does not react.

they need to bring back fast and unfreez all their wallets if they want to survive

I strongly advise that no one use Allcoin.  They have stolen our money.

My pool (prohashing.com) is among a multitude of Allcoin customers who have had account and withdrawal issues, submitted support requests, and received no response.  Your account may work fine right now, but as soon as you have a problem, don't expect to ever get your money back.

As we have learned in operating the pool, the most essential part of any cryptocurrency business is good customer service.  The field is full of fly-by-night operations, and legitimate and successful businesses provide an easy way for customers to report and resolve problems.  Allcoin does not currently fulfill this requirement.

Do not trust your money to Allcoin.

The balance shows up in the Dogechain network but, isnt in my Profile and i cant withdraw it any more.
I also opened a Support ticket with enough details over the Problem. Until now i got no response from them...
