The best alt coin is ppc and xpm
any coins with Scrypt-Adaptive-Nfactor or scrypt-jane Algorithm
Why not DogeCoin? Doge, wow. Such crypto.

You will never see people admit or hype up a coin they investing in, but since I am feeling generous today.

https://www.cryptorush.in/index.php?p=trading&m=ICN&b=BTC

Price is up 4 *s what it was a week ago. Either insiders know what's coming or it's being pumped, but that's the risk you have to take.

I find it strange when people say they won't invest in BTC as the price was once a $1. Surely people can recognise the price was that low because people didn't believe or understand it then (risk and return). Microsoft, Google etc.. were once penny stocks, however you wouldn't have an issue holding these in a portfolio. When you talk to outsiders about Cryptocurrencies nobody has ever heard of the altcoins, however they may have heard of BTC. In addition, miners sell the altcoins to buy BTC or LTC (they clearly doubt the medium/long-term prospects of the altcoins).

If you are to buy altcoins don't get caught up in irrational exuberance. Monitor the highs and lows of the coin and try to buy low (observe the exchanges for a day or two first).

How is Bitcoin any different from altcoins, other than being the very first cryptocurrency out there?

Less volatile (easier for businesses to trade with. Which is essential if it wants to be seen as a currency), larger market capitalisation (therefore harder to exploit), greater trust & media coverage, sensible period for halving of block chain and most importantly it has survived longer that the rest. Basically, considerably less risk for the investor.

It's really hit or miss. Use coinwarz.com to check current profit rates or even coinmarketcap.com.

Since this last market correction, you can get litecoin again at a pretty good price.   Despite it not being the $5 price it was a few months ago, it is still a good price right now with a lot of potential upside for remainder of year and into the next

NXT is a fascinating and innovative new crypto. It is second generation completely new code rather than a simple twist on Bitcoins code. Some people have issues with how the original IPO was handled, but overall its distribution is slightly better than Bitcoin's at this point. Read up on it, it has quite a few interesting features.
do you work for nxt lol?

Hey get this kidiot investard profiteers..
No joke but there use to be coin "Supporters"
Ya i know a myth right ?
NOPE !
They were real once upon a time..

Now ?

You all show up here clutching your lunch money asking publicly which coin will give me 1,0000x profitz yo.
Which in itself is utterly fucking retarded.

Even if the concept was not retarded to begin with.

Which is best ?

I will post what i have 1,000+ time last couple years..
FOR WHAT PURPOSE ?

Profits or support ?

And i think i know the answer to that question.
And since i do i don't feel compelled to help the exact type of people who should not be here.

Wanna make money off of shitcoins.. i have no help for you.

FUD first & ask questions later™

the LTC price is not good right now it is awesome instead.

the price is low but at a fixed level which is the bottom of the price and it will not go any lower than this, check out the charts if you don't believe me. and there is only one way left for litecoin price to go and that is up.

Buying the dip...

I think Monero is the best, first of all - fast transfer times and transactions are not public, plus you can always change to other altcoins. The best thing is that Monero price most probably will go up.  Wink
