The team behind the white paper and encryption will determine whether it can survive, and whether it can survive in the long term. In this way, the large amount of counterfeit money I have invested is safe and has potential in the future.

I usually research good altcoins by searching for references in coinmarketcap, github. see also the products from the coin. if the altcoin is still in the ico process I usually look for references on the ico review website.

Go through the Coinmarketcap and look for a new coin just added to the market and make research on each both their roadmap and use case and also go through their whitepaper.

Unfortunately, there are too many scam projects on the market, so we need the good research. So, first I read the comments on the bitcointalk about that altcoin. Then I check the linkedin profiles of the team members of the project. And finally I reading whitepaper.

You do some research, read the coin's website, study the whitepaper and do some background work to get information. For me EON token is my token of the month. I've done some work and findings and I'm convinced that this is where to put the money!!

How do you research altcoins to invest in? I'm talking about legit/long term investing in projects that have real potential to become something that creates value.
How do you find the coins you're looking for?
What are your go to tools?
Doing research from top to bottom ,from whitepaper until admins response from telegram

I research altcoin the same way as ICOs. I try to look at their ICo results, estimate exchanges, volume, product development and brend awareness. It is not that easy, but i try to do my best!

Your first tool is Google. Try to verify the affiliate companies of the ICO, verify the team and every other claims of the project. Then you may check ICO rating sites. But be careful.

First of all, I study the technical documentation of the project, starting with white paper. If the idea of the project is viable, I turn to the study of the team, the code on the github and the role of blockchain in the project. If everything suits me, I go to the rating sites and watch the reviews of analysts.

Google, as long as the information is online then google will bring it up. From there you can follow link to link reading and getting to know more about the coin. But in the end, there is still nothing better than going to the website of the coin itself, there you can find a lot of information about the coin. But exhaust every medium, google, social media and the likes.

For example, it's hard for me to predict whether my investments will be successful. But still I'm growing old. I study the structure and functionality of the selected crypto currency. And roughly I describe the strategy of its growth and development. Something like this.

Learn more about the origin of the founders, read the report, and check out their media sites. Then you can make a decision.

There are a lot of ways to make a good investigation about a project, you are going to take part in. First of all, you should read the whitepaper and look at the products development. Rating websites and the exchanges that this token is listed at, are also very important.
