I have a serious doubt on the provably fairness. The server seed changes for every bet. only the client seed stays the same and there is no nonce. Instead of nonce the website rotates seed for every bets. Correct me if I am wrong. I contacted support and they don't have a valid answer to this.

Thank you for helping. Seed changes automatically for each bets on GoUp. I was not familiar with this system that's why I found it odd. Now I understand.

Why not? The amount of the prize is not depending on how many coins count towards the contest. I believe the site has its own limit of fund for promo, so lets say the limit is 1btc then this 1btc will be the max prize. If the site needs to make contest for each coin then the 1btc will be spitted. As it is a new site, owner need to be so effective in doing promotions.
