How you plan to spend raised funds?
Use of Proceeds - assumes Hard Cap met
 Marketing/Community - 20%
 Market Liquidity - 15%
 Product Development -25%
 Legal and Licensing -40%

I see that you plan to spend 40% on Legal and licensing. These things are so expensive?

It is. The company is pursuing an exchange license in the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) where, with an office in Kuwait as well, our operations generally occur.

Best Regards,

Do you have any plans to offer some kind of voting ,for adding new coin every for free, something like binance is doing with their community coin of the month thing.

I would like it too. This process ensure that users get in some coins that they really like.

Yeah i like that thing too,it would be great to have that once a month.

Yes,its getting very popualr, and for exmaple you could use SOUK to vote, therefore making it more popular Smiley

I think that it will be mandatory to hold souk to be able to vote for a potential new coin to be added. It makes sense that way.

CryptoSouk will be a low barrier and very easy to use trading platform. With features such as quick USD buy-in and out, pairing BTC and USD to all offered coins, an entry level or pro trader platform and much more.

We will have crypto and wire transfer. We don't have any option yet for credit cards but stay tuned because we will have more news and updates before the ICO starts. Thanks.
