End Date: 90 days after the start date or when the contract holder resells the devices to a US buyer.


REFUND AT THE END OF THE TERM:
Option 1:
The contract holder will have the option to buy the AntMiner for 1/2 the market rate with shipping to the US.

Option 2:
The contract holder or UnicornHasher will sell the device
1/2 of the sale proceeds will be refunded to the contract holder

Option 3:
The contract holder or UnicornHasher will sell the device
1/2 the proceeds of the sale will be applied as a credit and the contract holder will renew for a 90 day term on a new generation ASIC.

*Warranty Note: Orders will go through sushi for a 90 day warranty unless buyer requests a different vendor.   
Failed device deliveries and broken units will be covered only under the listed warranty which is void if the device is overclocked.

Agreed.  We buy the ANTs, We host the ANTs, We power the ANTs, We sell the ANT's and upgrade once it's profitable to do so.  I think the 1/2 sale proceeds is confusing.
