We are experienced devs in the casino industry but we are not marketing experts unfortunately! Plus we are not big on spamming... This is why we haven't promoted yet as much as we should have but it is going to change soon as we have setup promotions for new users including No deposit free bets and a Betterment campaign. I will post on this as soon as we launch it.

I hope that the new promos will boost the site.

We do not have an affiliate offer atm. This is also one of the reasons why we are mostly ignored on the forum as no one has much interest in writing about Bspin.

The games are not provably fair. Just a plain RNG used in normal casinos. The games are certified and are working in other regulated markets though.

Hopefully we will be able to convert the current RNG to claim randomness from a blockchain in the future as this is not such a huge endeavor as it may seem.

Exactly, and surprisingly OP is back to be inactive again. It seems that they are not professional (experienced) as they claim, they have very bad promo and the site so laggy. UI design is not that good as well for an experienced dev in this gambling industry.
Now, the free bet promo is on "coming soon" status which I believe its been on this status since they paused the first one because of bug. So its been to long already for such issue. Experienced dev wont need too long time to fix small issue IMO.
The question for now is "will they come back again"

Since you are claiming from the beginning that you are experienced developers in the casino industry why don't you reveal your history with the industry, what are the names you could come up with if you had that much experience in online gambling, what are the sites you were running before this, if you are transparent on your side you might get new users. There is a reason why we have the no deposit free bets set this way and it is because we are an anonymous casino. This means that abuse from opening multiple accounts would be very easy.

I would rather build a proper faucet instead of having one player claiming an entire campaign with a hundred accounts.

On the other hand this promo will still give you an edge. Let's take Black Jack for example:

• You play the free bets and earn 10mBTC bonus.
• The wagering requirement is 40x
• You need to wager 400mBTC in order to get 10mBTC for free
• If you use the optimal auto play strategy in Black Jack your RTP is 99%
• This means that on average you will bet 400mBTC and get 396mBTC back = -4mBTC + 10mBTC bonus = 6mBTC of real money

Now, this is on average and sometimes you will win more, sometimes less and you do have to wager your own money to start with.

I will send this wording to be double checked. It is not clear to me why this is stated as it is not our practice at all. The only reason I can think of atm is that the withdrawal is not possible if the deposit transaction had not been confirmed. Not because there was no wager made.

I am just digging out their post history and wondering how serious they were about their business. They had recommended their house twice in gambling discussion board and then gone inactive for six months then in last January started this games and rounds topic.

If I were the owner of any business, I may not sleep until I try my level best to find success for that business. It is probably not because of ill manners or troubles but I think its because of bad English. I don't know where the developers are from but it seems like they know how to develop a casino very well, it looks well developed and features are great but when you look at the design and the English level used it looks like not so good.

So, I can't guarantee they are legit of course but it looks like many of the troubles might come from not understanding English very well. Otherwise I do not think any sane casino would not put a rule like "can't withdraw before playing" type deal since it would really hurt any casino no matter how well established it is and this is not even that established yet. That is why I think the main problem can't be just ill mannered TOS since it would kill the casino right away.

Probably the games are the ones from GameArt provider. Some of games are indeed not playable for players on some countries. About the case, they were probably banned due to plagiarism or ban evasion as mentioned in the respective threads and I don't think they should be treated with any leniency here considering any of the deeds committed by them and the amounts that remains after their ban (considering they got paid some %), they should deposit and withdraw the rest because I believe you are not bound to play but you can withdraw immediately even after depositing there.

In fact, do you really want to withdraw with very small amount of Satoshi?
Such as 50k satoshis? I don't think so, because with same withdrawal fee, the smaller the amount of satoshis you withdraw, the higher percentage of fees/ withdrawn fund is. It means you likely have to pay higher fees in percentage (at same fee, such as 10k satoshis per withdrawal) for smaller funds.
I do think 0.005 BTC per withdrawal is enough, or if someone want to decrease the minimum of withdrawal, it should be 0.002-0.003 BTC.

I will let you know my experience with BSpin.io's withdrawal process when I make my withdrawal next few days. Nowadays, transaction fees are no longer issues because lots of improvements and upgrades made on bitcoin network, that combined together to help Bitcoin network works more smoothly, and fees decreased dramatically as unavoidable consequences of technical upgrades.

There is no way to deny that players like to use hassle free withdrawal and obviously it increase their interest to continue with those casino sites who have relatively lower minimum withdrawal amount. Yeah its true that without having enough users in most of the cases its hard to provide this service from owners side but after being enough popular they should implement it to get more users on their platform.

Normal? Nope obviously, there are many other sites with no withdrawal fees but lets users to withdraw lower amount than 0.005btc. There are lots of ways in order to support/show appreciation in this project. You cannot force someone to gamble to prove their appreciation about it. Writing reviews, sharing insights, providing feedbacks, and making suggestions may be considered. Although it may be argued that the 'best' way is to actually try their games, I disagree that IT being the only way of showing appreciation.

One more categorize would be nice addition, it is usually filtered by "provider" so players are able to see the games based on the provider as they like. There are many other sites has the same minimum withdrawal especially if there is no withdrawal fee then 200k as the minimum withdrawal is fair enough. Thanks for the info. I did try hitting the "i" button and got the info for the game but the info provided was not so clear.
There was just some images and a little calculations besides it. I couldn't make out the calculations.
Anyway, I guess I will just have to hope that I have a good luck and win the games.

Yeah, it's a basic game which is the reason I wanted to see how much I can make out of it and hence paying more attention to it.

It is clear that there is a wagering requirement for the freespin bonus. Based on your screenshot, you have wagered 160ubtc out of 3,000ubtc. Means that you should keep playing until you wager 3,000ubtc (2,840ubtc more to wager) then your bonus will be active (become real balance) that can be withdrawn. This is the only way to withdraw your balance (completing the wagering requirement).

Edit: as I remember there is also a minimum withdraw requirement. So even if you have completed the wagering requirement with that amount (160-231ubtc = 16k-23k satoshi), I doubt you will be able to withdraw it due to the minimum withdraw requirement. Unless there is no minimum withdraw requirement at Bspin.

Either you will fulfill the wagering requirement, as Bitinity mentioned above or you will forfeit the bonus by pressing the tab.
In this case you will lose almost (if not all) the balance that you "see" since you don't play much so far...

• Site speed is slow and it would need improving to make user experience better.
