If someone has newer or better information he is able to bet against the current prediction, improving the forecast and get rewarded in the process.

Yes - you were lucky to get odds this good. We were surprised so many people were willing to bet against Germany at such low odds. However, it is a free market.

I was focusing on central column as I can open links inside bet if they are on mid!

That i will be paid with odds*110108.89 bet if i win or my bet will cancel if it will not be matched until the time ends?

Unless someone else bets against your bet for over 0.01, then that remaining 0.01 will be returned to you with no deductions I believe.

The rest of your bet will still continue.
