Canada has also come out and side that Bitcoin isn't considered to be a legal currency. But who cares as gold and silver aren't legal currencies either. So these bills and the fighting off Bitcoin is something that will come and pass because the banks stand to lose huge amounts of money if it was only gold, silver and bitcoin.

I'll just add that whenever one uses the term "china bans", "U.S. bans" or more general "{country} {verb}" you are effectively submitting to being ruled over. Who is "China" or the "U.S.", exactly? Grouping everyone in a country under one term is a subtle way of legitimizing the idea: "There is someone, somewhere who decides what I can and cannot do, and it doesn't really matter who they are. I just have to do it". The truth is that there are individuals who have opinions about bitcoin and banking/finance more generally. Some of those people are in positions of power, some are not. But this power comes from submission. It can't exist without consent. And, yea, the OP is looking to buy lower

Bitcoin good night. Why good-bye? Governments are just saying it's not recognized as a currency which is okay it doesn't mean you can still use it or find away to exchange it for cash. It's like gold and silver, if you walked into a bank with an ounce of gold they wouldn't give you and money for it because it's not legal tender. Same applies for bitcoin, if its not legal tender there will be outlets that will exchange it for you. Secondly the bitcoin exchanges need to step up to the plate more and be more friendly to the banks and governments so they aren't closed down. Even still if they are closed down there will be a crypto currency underground movement that will exchange your coins into money. Thirdly you also need to stop thinking of the exchange rates from bitcoin to money, what happens when the money collapses and is gone what are you going to value bitcoin against or any other crypto currency?

damn im tired of stupid people, what did you folks expect - you are not going to disrupt a financial system with NO FIGHT the war is just starting.... nothing out of the ordinary
look at github developers graph, look at all meetups around the world, look at new conferences around the world, merchants accepting bitcoin, every single metric that MATTERS is growing faster than anything seen
at the end of the day its all about understanding the fundamental need and utility of bitcoin, as long as all of you don't panic and instead of panicking become more resilient and recruit all your friends and family bitcoin is not going anywhere. It's exactly your reactions of fear and fundamentally not believing in btc that the regulators and the ones fighting btc want .

Look at any graph of BTC Vs. Fiat. count the waves. Look at the trolls, count the instances where they had lots of FUD to dispense.
Wave action is inherent in a market. Without waves there is NO market. how do we know that the US stock exchange is a zombie feeding on the fed's printing QE? the wave action is wrong. How will that end? badly.
This "Crash" -Correction- AKA as a wave in BTC price was to be expected. If you were counting your BTC as the ONLY basket or store of wealth for your savings you certainly deserve to feel apprehensive and no measure of reasoned discourse/analysis will serve to calm your fears.
And BTW: i like trolls. A wave needs a surfer. A "crash" needs a troll.
Remember the old wizard:

And the mining difficulty is going up every hour... making it almost IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE PROFIT by mining.
Is this where it all ends? Is this where all hope dies? Does the bitcoin "bubble" burst now?
Yes it is Beginning of the End ! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420005.0Now official: using Bitcoins is completely illegal in Russia , https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=452118.0

What, you think Russians all of the sudden are gonna stop because the Government said so? LOL . A lot of people in Russia have been waiting for a way to stick it to Putin and I can tell you cryptos will be embraced by even more Russians now. The more they speak against it, the more it will spread.
