My advice for you is that you should not be panicking but see now as an opportunity to keep adding to your portfolio  because any moment from now there will be pump in price and I bet it'll be exponential growth so please hodl your investment and probably invest more if you have more capital to do so

Do not trade with your emotions mate! Trust me, if you do that you'll end up losing %100 of your money. If you can not hold back your emotions while you are trading then crypto market is not for you imho.

Being too emotional in cryptocurrency will lead you to bad decision. If you are scared that you are losing a big amount of money, you should not have invested in cryptocurrency. I am sure that you are aware that this kind of scenario can happen in crypto, and you should have been prepared for it. If you are scared of these dips, than you should go out directly.
These so called swings happen all the time, relax, dont check your portfolio all day. Instead check them once a week or so.
This way you will oversee all these dips and climbs, and you wont be stressed out all day.

If you really did some research in your investment yoy should be ok right? Also bitcoin bubble can explode, yes and it will but this doenst mean that the rest will to.

Dont'be scared, this is just a pull back because its been more than 3 days that we are in a green market especially bitcoin price which had been up for more than 5 days and we cannot go up forever we need a healthy pullback for the next run up.

You are not the only one that is down for so much and you do not see people complaining, the first thing that you need to remember is why you are in this market? Are you here just to speculate because if that is the case the market has given to you a clear sign that those that do that do not become successful here, but if you are here for the long term then wait and you will recover your money and a lot more in a few years.

As long as the projects that you holding their coins solve a real-life problem and has a solid team it is way more than an act of faith imho.
