We dont have to be scared at all this red market is really a normal thing in crypto everything may change anytime because crypto is really decentralized. If you already lost 70%, IMO better to hodl now until market trend reverses.

Try to set a 20% stop loss next time.

Also, I hope you followed rule #1 in trading in the crypto space: Do not put money that you could not afford to lose.
