I agree with the opinion that the prices for altcoins depend on the price of bitcoin, but recently the price of Ethereum is in the worst position, and does not always grow with the price of bitcoin.

To an extent, the market moves with the biggest coin/s (bitcoin), eth has been losing value against bitcoin recently though.

To some high extent, It is not only the price of ethereum that bitcoin determine but also prices of other coins in the market, that is the reality, it no longer speculation, as long as things are still yet to be stable in the market.Bitcoin is the most relevant coin in the market till date ,so it has great influence on every other coin.. So bitcoin is a very powerful coin in the world of cryptocurrency.

last year, based on my observation, the correlation between BTC and ETH was pretty tight large volume of small transactions to be processed relatively quickly substantially lower volatility rate, startups prefer to maintain their funds in Bitcoin !...For a lot of people bitcoin is an embodiment of cryptocurrency so whenever btc price changes it pulls almost everything else after it...

I think not depend on bitcoin now because looks like ethereum is hardly to going up not increasing much when bitcoin is increasing, I think it depends to the investors.

The price of all coins are closely linked with the price of bitcoin, Ethereum is no exception to the rule, it is even more critical for Ethereum it's price is also dependent on the sucess or failure of ICOs

Most people have the mindset that the price of ethereum rises with bitcoin and vice versa. How true is this?
Many people's opinions on this issue can vary significantly. But I have always held the opinion that the cost of Ethereum directly depends on the prices and dynamics of BTC. Therefore, for the forecast of the crypto market, you should always monitor the BTC state.

Yes, usually the price of Ethereum are affected by the changes in the price of Bitcoin. But sometimes Ethereum's price affect by the news about Ethereum on the market.

Thou, i have been left wondering about what responsible for this all this while, but I think something have tied this two great coins together. Especially in the area of price response/changes, ETH seems to always respond fast to any slightest change in the price of Bitcoin. I have actually tired solving this mystery and have ended coming to this conclusion that since btc and ETH are widely used for transactions in the crypto world almost on a daily basis, these changes are therefore inevitable.

I think so. We produce just these two cryptocurrencies. I think the main difference in terms of production, but not for the advanced user, they are similar.

I am absolutely confirmed that in fact each altcoin depends largely on the condition and prices of the BTC. Ethereum in this respect is no exception, since it also belongs to the number of altcoins. With the fall in BTC prices, Eth courses also decrease regularly.

I think the potential of every single coin is far away because they are very different in price today because of the huge drop in the price of the ethereum now.

The price of ether is entirely related to itself. He's having trouble right now. Nobody could think of declining to these prices. Ethereum founders will correct this situation Ethereum will disappear.

When the price of bitcoin falls then the price of ethereum falls too. Whatever happens to the price of bitcoin does affect the price of eth. There can also be some outside factors that affect the price of eth though like transaction volume and times.

I see that ethereum feels bad now, he even without falling bitcoin makes great moves down. At first, the coins on the platform were greatly depreciated. Has the turn of the fall of ethereum now come?

From my experience, I could already make sure that the cost of Eth in the crypto market really depends to a large extent on the state and prices of BTC. But it must be remembered that there are many other factors on which today the price of ETH depends, and not only on the courses of BTC.
