Lol. Its just a coincidence buddy. However, since we are in a bear market, you should not be surprise because simply every coins/tokens are going down without any reason. Maybe you need to get out and not buy at this point or just invest on a few coins that is cheap and not touch them for the next coming months. But once this market recovers again, I'm sure that gravity can't stop the price from increasing, and you might even get the profit that you are all hoping since joining this market.

Iam in the same situation, too big loss even more than 50%. And i dont have any idea to recover the loss, i can only wait for the market turn in to bullish.This is my loss should be become experienced for me , and later i can make greater strategy how to manage better of risk crypto investment.

Then the only strategy is to really wait mate. If you sell then you will get a negatives, which every one does like it. And just remember that by holding, you are still not losing money.

Market is slow and in down trend for long term period, I also not happy as you. No one can take profit in this situation, trust me. Many people wait the right time to buy back but their money get stuck, not good. Rest of them already replace ( cut loss ) their crypto into currency because they want to protect their asset from bigger lost. You can do anything you want but for me, leave market is good option ( for now ).

It is normal in a bearish market. My total asset even fell down below 40% of my total investment. Anyways, theres always a bull season to look into. We just have to keep the faith and extend our patience.

Well I agree with you to some extent, but that is not true in the overall market. Yes there is a panic going on right now and the trend is still down and it is weakening day by day. Right now everything is going down except few coins which are listed a few months back. I think the right thing to follow in this panic weak market is to follow & apply the contrarian approach or apply the following Dow theory (trending approach) in your trades so that you at least make some money when you enter positions in the right direction.

We often tend to buy at the wrong time. We see the price of the coin growing and think to buy in but just as we do that the price falls down due to a minor correction or whatsoever.
We think that this happens only with us but in reality, most of the people had faced it already. I don't think it's a thing to worry about.
We just have to set out targets right.

It is a made believe that it has to follow cycle, I don’t see anything following cycle here because it is not being remote.what basically control the prices of these coin is the number of demands that they get for such project’s product at a particular time, and the reason why we see majority of these coins not really growing in value which we attribute to cycling is because they sell more of their investment strength than they sell their product to the public.

If they sell more of what they have to offer to the public, and the public uses their product from time to time, as they put money into the market through the demand of the product, the value of the coin would keep rising even in bear market but none of them works towards this, that is why their value is simply crashing from time to time.

That aint new to old timers here. Before I thought I have bad luck having the same experience.
But afterwards I saw I am just making bad decision. Buying at the wrong time.

I guess this happens to most of the traders, and yes including me.

Whenever I buy, than be it in Crypto or Stock or other financial assets, this has happens to me almost in 70 percent of trades. I think probably I'm taking trades without considering any proper buying or exit strategy, which lands me in a situation where I buy and ultimately prices go down immediately after that. So eventually I hold on to that trade or rather cut off immediately after small loss.

Well it could be a wrong timing for us. I am also a victim of wrong entry in market. Supposedly, I am planning to have a bottom pick. Yet, the tendency of my trades goes down whenever I bought coins. But instead of selling it, I hold it and look for a profit even in smaller amount. I don't want to cut my loss instantly. Because I know that everything will become fine once the market recovers.

Wrong moment, just like selling & buying. The best thing we can do it only to manage your cryptocurrency portfolio, set the percentage for the profit/stop loss.

Investment not always predicts the profit, but also you must predict how much percentage you can afford to lose. It's really hard for a common trader to face this kind of situation, also i meet this situation several times.

Alas, that sounds really bad bro. Stop loss is a great tool to minimize losses but if you don't know how to use then it could eat up your whole investment.
If you saw losses continuously then you should have stopped using that strategy but you kept on using it resulting in such losses.
Not losing hope is a good thing but we must be smart to know when to change the strategy if it isn't working right mate.

The other day, I found an article (which was written in 2016 only, not long ago!). there, the so-called crypto expert writes that he is sure that in several years, Bitcoin "can reach 10 thousand dollars". However, in a year (I mean after the publication) BTC jumped to 20 thousand. Therefore, these predictions do not mean much.

I think you don't have much idea to buy any coin or trading .You need to learn many things before invest .You need to research yourself about the project which coin you are buying .You also need to see the trending of the market as well .I think you have learnt many things cause you  just cost your much investment .Just keep watching every site of the market you will get many thing and you will be profited as well.

Everyone feels the same thing but it is not about you, unfortunately altcoins are having some bad times and all of them are falling very critically, which means even if you buy any coin and then sell it and move to another coin and that falls and move ... you can keep doing that forever and as long as the market falls whatever you buy will fall.

Only thing that is not constantly falling is bitcoin and even that is falling time to time and going up on other times so there is a big chance you hit that too. So, it is not just about you, anyone who ever bought any altcoin in the past 1.5 years will be saying the same thing and that applies to all of us here without exception. Only coin I know that went up during this time period has been BNB because binance managed to do some great things.

Everyone here is in the same situation,everyone says it happens with them, whenever they buy something it immediately goes down. To overcome this situation everyone must know that market moves in a zigzag manner. There are always retacement in an uptrend or in a downtrend, one must wait for the right opportunity to trigger the trade.
First of all recolonize the trend by looking at HH HL or LL LH (If you do not know about it just go to babypips and learn some basics). If its an uptrend then there must of HH and HL do not buy anything at peak, wait for the price to comedown a bit and form HL and vice versa in downtrend. Try to draw trend lines, practice it a bit and you will realize that trade you are taking does not always go opposite to your action.

Have one friend who is unlucky like you and everytime when he buys coin, price is on max and then goes down. Invested in bitconnect and soon everything went down. It made me to joke him that I'll sell my coins once he buys them but haven't tried, usually in such situations so unlucky things happens that when you buy at that time, price will go up and your unlucky mate will turn into lucky one and in overall you swipe the roles.

Not much you can really do but perhaps do some more analysis or improve your analysis so you aren't buying into downtrends as much, though there are times when you're simply a bit unlucky too. Some trades just go down initially and end up going back up again, though, so if possible it's a good idea to set stoplosses to ensure you're not losing more than you have planned. Wait for a good setup to appear and then trade, let the trade come to you. If it keeps happening, just take a break and come back later.
