August 16 Player requested a $10k cashout. Sent in all his documents and they were approved.

2 days later, they send him an email saying they were keeping the $10k because he didn't pick up the phone. (they never told him they were calling)

August 24  The player created the thread.

August 26  They post:

The situation is as follows. The player was asked to upload his documents for verification procedure. Also, phone verification was initiated by the antifraud department. During the first call no one answered the phone, during the second call a woman answered and said, she doesn't know the person they were talking about. After that the phone verification was deemed to be unsuccessful, the account was closed, and the winnings were confiscated according to the terms and conditions (particularly, the clause the player quoted).

The player insists it's his number, his mother answered the phone and said she didn't know him because it was a strange number and they get spam phone calls all the time.

The thread carries on.  Bitcasino starts looking very bad.  Then on Sept 5th, almost 3 weeks after the withdraw was requested, and after tons of posts and stress they apologize to the player and pay him.

It's obvious that if the player didn't go to a public forum and complain about them, Bitcasino would've just kept his money.

So how about you back off with the shilling for them.

Actually they are black listed on a few very reputable sites (including thePogg and Casinolistings) and there are tons of complaints on others.  All very similar. They don't pay player, then if they get called out in public they apologize and pay.

1. Your and Scamsino's cases had nothing to do with each other. Your case was due to fraudulent activity and Scamsino's not.
2. Normally we process withdrawals within 2 minutes when player has made the request - small or large.

it's good that every misunderstanding is discussed properly first, the system built by this company is purely man-made, so mistakes will always occur because humans are imperfect.

If what he wrote is true words, I guess he did not obey some of rules in ToS. Sometimes users play, deposit, and withdraw smoothly before they violate some of rules, which immediately trigger to freeze or lock their accounts and withdrawals rejected as well. I agree with LFC_Bitcoin that Bitcasino.io is a big platform, years-old and they don't destroy their reputation that way.
