And that's why you can't access the new games site as well.

Unfortunately, games by Golden Hero are restricted in some countries (I assume this is the case for you).
And that's why you can't access the new games site as well.

Obviously that's the case , i have Multiple experiences in gambling sites that has different Game provider , Some of them allows me to play while others has that same error message.
and even how many browser i will try to use still the same matter so that means the Blocking from their end is indeed.

Hopefully, you will find some other games on our site that aren't restricted in your country.

I hope that is because of my IP on my VPN because usually, some IP in the VPN can not fully access the site, and it needs to change to the other IP. I hope that there is no problem at your site, and it is because of my IP.

I believe you need to change your IP, high possibility the game providers does not accept players from your IP.
I tried my self and it works without any issues as you can see on below screenshot:

The problem with poker in crypto casinos is almost always the low player count. Majority of the time, bots replace players due to this issue and I observed this problem in several crypto casinos.

If you guys could somehow resolve this issue, I am pretty confident that you will see a massive boost in your player count in the long-term.

I prefer offline poker: I need to watch people in the eyes, look their body expressions and movements because I need to make sure I know how they play. Online you cannot have the same feeling, it is not the same. If I play online, it is only for fun not for real!
