This is simply an error from the provider, I have experienced it many times. What you can do to fix it is simple, reload the game and it will be working again. Some providers also have similar error when it is like crashed in the middle of the game, we do not need to worry as most providers save our game and it can be reloaded.

The word bonus in url just make that as obvious scam site. But even though many knows that still newbies should be warned about this site since if they got fall on the trap and log in their account on that site for sure all their balances will gone  So its good that @ajiz bring this up here since it can catch up an attention and warn many people who think about participating on the bonuses what Bitcasino gives to their community.

Thanks on this, It clear now my question. I was confused on the cashback term since I typically knew cashback as percentage of lose amount from the players bankroll. I think the cashback was actually rakeback since it gives back part of the house edge per bet.

I lose some of my bankroll by the time I made my post so I’m expectig to get part of it as cashback. This explains why my cashback is very small playing blackjack while it’s big on slot even I’m just playing with low bankroll.

What can you expect? Those people want to earn money from illegal doings. They think they can earn more money with that than working to earn clean money.

So its expected that they exist when there's opportunity like this. I confirmed the same problem and not only here, I experienced it in several casinos specifically for Hacksaw and Nolimit City providers
I suspect this problem comes because our region is restricted or prohibited from this provider I can access this provider after changing my DNS
