Your tool is easy to remember whenever I saw a giveaway contest that has a raffle draw way of determining the user. Most of them are not transparent especially giveaways on social media while there’s an available tool that can be used to for transparent draw using the blockchain.

I don't consider of brand merge from Sportsbet.io, Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io with a main reason as they launched different brands with different products, games and targeted customers. If they want to close their business, it can be a complete service closure for all three brands than merging and shrinking three brands to one brand eventually.

All of their three casinos are big successful brands and if they want money, don't want to close their services completely, they can consider of selling those brands to new teams. It's an interesting option if they want to have money, that might be actually big money, than simply closing all three gambling brands.

If this is the best thing to do with their current situation for sure this will be huge development for their casino. As far as I know, the team behind Bitcasino.io is a big one and they have two other brands: Sportsbet.io and Livecasino.io too. Many months ago, I knew about the announcement from Steve that their mother company planned to lay-off staffs as well as shrink their business activitites. But honestly I did not know any news that they have had any drama since then.

So what was reason you feel negatively about their likely comeback?

It seems MiCA changed many things and Yolo group tried to exit the market to avoid legal issues while the potential buyer did not want to take the risk too.

Yup they were all one family and the announcement actually came at the end of 2025. No drama as far as I know, I was only talking about the last few months relationship I had with Bitcasino, I don't need to make it public as I had years of good contact with them.

I will say that it was probably something that could have been dealt with easily, or at least with the new owners, but they told me after a few months 'sorry we forgot you but its too late' something along those lines. I think they didn't purposely did me wrong it was just a mess of changeover that affected me. All the same time, it caused me not to go back to them so easily.

The frontrunner buyer is reported to be Stockholm-listed Betsson AB, with a deal reportedly being discussed at a “valuation below €50m ($54m)”. The sum is  a fraction of the brands’ former worth, but still offers a tech platform and customer base as Heath pivots Yolo Group to service regulated markets.

It seems that they have a buyer but until now they are still in negotiation phase. Maybe the sale is not complete yet that's why there's no announcement happened yet regarding on that matters also on their plans their possible launching.
