For example, Neteller or Skrill are called payment service providers. But if I send money to a friend I did not make a payment even though I used a payment service provider.

There are so many scammers on this forum, you do not know if the scammers are scamming the scammers now. 

I am the kind of person that always try to be biased in situations like this, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It could also be that the scammers ganged up on him for some reason to silence his concerns. <Many strange things have happened on this forum, so I will not discount any foul play>

No no, don't get me wrong, I completely agree with you! I think if he does have a good agenda, he's going about it the wrong way (trust system abuse, slanderous accusations, etc).. and it's only causing harm to an industry that could actually benefit from some accountability.

With regards to why he continues doing this: money. He's financially incentivized to bash every casino who isn't on his "good" list, and try to promote his website as much as possible (through hyperlinks/backlinks).

To make money (as long as you have bad morals), it's a working approach. To maintain good public opinion, not so much.
