I deposited here thinking that they accept US players come to find out that they do not. I then tried to withdraw my funds and they are supposedly starting an investigation into the matter.... I'm not aware of Curaçao specific laws, but the only laws which would remotely satisfy your claim (and remote at that) that it MAY be not compliant, would be to compare this to anti-discrimination laws. But denying a country citizens access for various reasons would not be considered discriminatory.

Did you deposit using an US IP address?

As you can see above, I asked how the publicly proven Bitcasino scam enforces country restrictions while they offer anonymous accounts?

If you did not use a VPN, it looks like they accept deposits from all countries and then later steal your deposits and winnings if you are from one of the "restricted" countries!

Oh, and if you lost from one of the restricted countries, then everything is fine! I at least never heard that they gave losses back after detecting that you played from a restricted country! Cheesy
