Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Great site. But I wish you had chosen a shorter, more easy to type in, domain name. Crypto-coins-table doesn't really roll of the tongue.

If you added a column for the amount premined and instamined with every coin, that might help folks steer clear of the pump and dump coins. Unfortunately, that would be 95% of all the coins listed.  |

Some feature request ideas....
Sub Coin Pages - Adding sub pages for each coin would be a great feature where people can learn about coins launch date, unique qualities, developers, internet trends, tweets, mine volume charts, etc.
Coin Ratings - Certain elements of each coin can be used to calculate a rating which help both miners and investors target coins with unique features, popularity, and future development. Stopping the pumping/dumping of crap clone coins will bring some fresh air to the crypto alt scene.
