Well I just think to myself it is probably enough to spin a slot a few times to see how the

Perhaps I can help.  First of all, 1 BTC = 1,000 playcoins with american proper comma-ing :-P In the top left on all pages where it says X.XXXX,XX the comma and period should be swapped.  If you deposited 3.44 BTC (aka 3.44000000 BTC) that's 3,440.00 playcoins but it will display as 3.440,00.  I guess the system is anticipating that it needs 2 decimal places for split playcoins due to an unusually small fraction of BTCs in your deposit like if you sent in 1.000001 BTC or something.

Now, whenever you deposit your stuff, you usually HAVE TO click the "Account & Refresh Pay in" so that it makes sure what you sent in is reflected in your official balance everywhere.  Sometimes it shows up in your account but not in the games for example.

Then you should be set.  Of course, to withdraw some playcoins back as BTC, 100 coins aka 0.1 BTC is the minimum amount you can withdraw.  The amount you type in is in playcoins but don't try to get creative with the commas and crap and don't type in a BTC amount, it's playcoins.  Right above the box is "current account balance" in playcoins so there it is.  If you want to withdraw the equivalent of 0.3 BTC, type in "300" and your address and hit Auszahlen.  If it works, a top box will render on the page after it reloads that says "0.3 successfully disbursed!" because 0.3 in BTC was withdrawn.  So it's playcoins in withdraw amount, BTC once it leaves.
