Where do you start when looking build a team for a real project?

In freelancer site's like upwork, fiverr or any other more but just make sure that the project placed is good and true with informative introduction so that a people finding a good team will find a great guys who can contribute well for the persons who searching for it. Anyways be more cautious upon finding a team and a reasonable budget will be must on that findings so that you can choose more good contributors on your or anyone's project.

I think that a solid team is the cornerstone of every step to find a good job. Several researches  have shown that diversity, and togetherness is the key to success in a best team. Here to find the best team for a job. However, people should not underestimate and focus only to bring people from different cultural backgrounds, competencies, and personalities. And  competence and cooperation are the main choices in the team so that the team can do the job well. Thank you.

1) you would need to identify what are the roles that your project would need. This may include Tech Staff, support functions, sales, marketing etc.
2) Also, once you have a rough picture of what your project plan looks like, you can break it into milestones that you want to achieve. Put approximate dates.
3) Assuming that the project is well funded you can then prioritize building the team around your milestones, now that you know what you wish to do, by when, and with what kind of people.

You can then look at various hiring sites, post job openings on forms, etc.

Cheers, good luck.

Where do you start when looking build a team for a real project?

When you looking for a team, you need to be specific about it whether you want to hire or you want equity participants. If its to hire then you need to have enough funds and finding a team in that case is the easiest thing to do as you can get them on various freelancing sites with inbuilt escrow and also on the forum as well without too much stress.

The other difficult part is having little or no resources and wanting to form a team, here you would practically to everything on your own and it could be frustrating when those who joined are only there for immediate income and never believed in the dream. In that case, you need to have people around you who you know and can convince to believe in you to handle key parts of the project while other areas like publicity, design, public relations can be handled from the pool of externals. Its not always easy.

Freelance sites is the most common place on searching up team members with do have the specific skills that you are looking for. Selecting the best candidate would always vary on your decision and be sure they do really have the capability on doing their own field and utilize their skills and be more productive on the project would be made.
You need to trust your team. This is the main reason i think.
Trust is needed  on any field when it comes to team handling or creation but it wont really be enough yet skills and expertise would always be the main concern.

I hope your concern about the one ICO project, if you want the team member to join in ICO project means first you need to find the good website developer, smart contract dev, white paper and technical paper writer, community managers, bounty managers, translators, marketing manager.

If you have all these people in your project, you will be able to make your project in success milestones many times.

If your project is just starting, you should keep your current job and work on it after hours.
Find people whose can do the same, is a good start. There are many meetups and groups on social networks that you can ask for help.
Many people are looking for an opportunity like that.

You need to trust your team. This is the main reason I think.
It is the essence of the case; you must trust your team, so you achieve the desired success, trust not only not to be scammed but to keep the secrets of the project and continue to develop it.
Also, there must be direct contact with the team "not to remain unknown," and preferably the most members of the group can meet easily.
The best place is GitHub, and have members near you.

The most important members of your team are the founders. Before hiring anyone else, you and your co-founder have to settle on how decisions will be made within the startup. For example, are you the technical expert and your co-founder the marketing whiz? That right there should determine the structure and foundation of your startup.
Once that has been agreed upon, you should identify the positions needed to complete your team.

To get a really good team you need:
1) clearly identify your goal
2) find people whose skills complement each other
3) leave room

Grin Grin Hello, you should specify what kind of job you want to do with the team. When you will give specific criteria, i think you will easily find your team for work. As you search in bounty forum i think you are thinking for project team. If you want to make strong project team, here also you have to mention what kind of experienced people you need?? like ANN thread expert, Graphics expert, Social media management expert...etc. Good day.

Where do you start when looking build a team for a real project?
I think when you want to find the best team for the job, you need to know about it clearly whether you want to rent or you want a team participant. If it rents , you need to have enough funds and you can find a good team easily so you can get it on various sites and also in forums too without it takes much time.

I have no idea why someone suggest freelancers here from fiver and similar websites. Don't blame me but I can't look them as professionals and that's my opinion.
If I were you, I would try to contact people on Envato (codecanyon... It's under envato), here are really great and talented people. For me this is the only great deal online, otherwise bitcoin or developers meetup is great choice if you are looking to find your teammates locally.

I can refer to some general comments from these forums. In addition, you can participate in telegrams, briefly present your project to everyone and seek a safe investment.
