If you have a lot of money yes,this is the right time to buy Cardano because Cardano (ADA) is considered a 3rd-generation blockchain/cryptocurrency since it is designed with the benefit of hindsight.

If you want to investing some of your money between those two coins I advice to choose Cardano instead because the market of cardano was stable in this week and many projects that will make the marketprice grow. But I am suggesting to invest ij top 10 altcoins that on popular and have a better future.

i think you should invest your money on ethereum and than you invest your money on TRX and Cardano. First you have to believe in your self and you must patient witing for profit.

As the current market is down you can obviously invest.You know that crypto investment itself is a risky deceision. You can also invest in pattern like protion of  portfolio investement in BTC, LTC , ETH & so on. If you don't have any confidence in BTC than you're on the wrong track. you better refrain from investing in crypto. First plan the time frame for which you want to invest like-Long term & Short term. If long term, than directly go for BTC or ETH. If short time, than go for XRP, BCH, Waves etc.

the two coins have a good future. the ratings on coinmarketcap Cardano (ADA) are ranked 8th while TRX is ranked 11th.
I myself still hold the TRX coin since TRX does SWAP to the Mainnet network.
