You certainly do not have good enough duplicate entry counter measure for this audience.

Best way would be that only people submitting their rigs picture can vote (for others).

agreed,  and what is the criteria for 'winning'

I have a rig that doesn't look like much,  but it is getting 2921Mhash on less then 1200 watts at the wall

what about VM machines?
I have 6 of those configured....
will your system catch that?
