You certainly do not have good enough duplicate entry counter measure for this audience.
Best way would be that only people submitting their rigs picture can vote (for others).

This is a question that has been asked a lot - and understandably so.
The winning is based on votes, each account is only allowed one vote.
In order to vote you need to register an account. If you try to register multiple accounts and try to vote from the same computer the system will catch you.
