In my opinion, the best coin to invest will be ETH. The price is at its lowest (not sure if its ETH's lowest price ever) and the lowest I have seen in years. I would assume that it will recover before the end of the year so it will be a good idea to buy some ETH. I will also advise to stay away from ICO's for now. This is not a good year for them and its better to play safe.
