Its very hard because you only use luck as to the main aspect of generating win in gambling, and not everyone has luck. and will you depend on luck to be successful? of course not right? so don't ever have a goal to be successful in gambling, because it will only ruin your life #imo

Even if we try also we can't be successful in gambling because it was designed in a way where house has better chance of winning and gambling was created to be entertained not making money so better find what we can get other than looking for money there,if someone want to be rich then find a business for that gambling is ot a way for that as you said.

I think I do, even tough success is a subjective term and depends on your term I have been getting luckier lately, I know my luck won't continue forever but with combination of fun and money it has been a great deal for me. I realized I do not need to gamble on already fixed games like dice and just need to focus my time on learning poker and the likes, it is still on learning phase and I am still trying to find a way to get better at it but knowing that there is no house edge or a way for me to definitely lose money on the long term (except me being silly with my bankroll) gives me a freedom. I have always went on gambling knowing full on I will lose because of the whose edge but now with putting more effort on poker I realize poker depends on who you play against.

Poker is one of the few games that wouldn't be considered pure luck gambling. Every round you either commit or fold, with 2 cards in your hands already giving you a relative idea about the outcome. Even with games that have a low house edge, like blackjack for example, every round you don't start with zero, but you start with a substantial amount of information about your hand and how "lucky" it might be.

For me, it is not bad to depend on luck but we should be able to use it right since there are a lot of times that luck play a great or important role in our lives especially if we are talking about money and career. Also, there are a lot of successful gamblers out there and some of them even are celebrities now since they used gambling as their job or their source of income.

But for some people, it is hard to quit gambling when they can get a big winning of money. They can get another passion for winning in the next round which is not guaranteed for them to win. Once we can win big money, it is time for us to get that money and leave the places because we don't have another luck in the next round. It is better for us to save that money and quit the games without thinking about the possibility of the next winning in the next round.

I think the word "success" is not just that we benefit a lot from gambling. It is a big mistake to expect big profits from gambling. The philosophy of the word "success" in my opinion is satisfaction or happiness. When we are gambling we interact with many people, find new friends, it makes me happy, and I don't really expect profits in gambling, because I have limited myself not to make gambling a job. Gambling is only entertainment.

I've actually had quite some decent success in gambling. But that's probably because I stick to betting on sports that I know absolutely every detail about, and playing PVP games rather than playing against the house. I really wouldn't matter if I became addicted to gambling because I rarely lose, so I would only end up being an extremely rich gambling addict. I guess having an addiction is only a problem when it starts to negative impact your life, like being addicted to dieting or working out.
