Does positive news have any impact in bitcoin price

Of course this market is manipulated and controlled by news.
In 2018 we continue to receive bad news related to the market and so many FUD so the market has fallen to the lowest of 2018. And we are waiting for the good news in the last few months of 2018 let the market have a chance to go up again

Indeed because it brings positive thinking to people who really wanted to invest in crypto but are just doubtful and fearful. Just like the spread of FUDs, it also causes the crypto's market price to go low. But since so many people trying to take down prices through spreading fud, cryptos are suffering from downtrend since January until today.

I have been observing a trend from last year bitcoin price movements to this year movement.
 I have observed how we're getting so much positive news and adoption about bitcoin this year, but still the prices refuse to go up. If this was last year a single positive news will have pumps the prices by at least 10% or more.
Its that positive news don't longer have any effect on the price movement or is their any manipulation going on.

media is just a medium of the whales to manipulate prices. observe when cnbc crypto news i find their assumptions always contrary to the movement of cryptocurrency. news are for the small players
