I know there is a lot of good news about Crypto but its price has not changed. This made me confused and did not know what to do now. I'm not sure if this is the best time to buy and hold long term. Can someone give me the correct answer and help me?

There are many positive members who are still believed on long term hold even the market was
not in good situation, I mean majority of them are much worried in terms of the coins value in every
exchange platform. Where if I am going to look all the price of all the altcoins in the trading market are
totally in red case, which the only good things to do is to buy some cheap coins who turn down its price from high price
now it got dumped.

I am glad that the market is stable. It gives me the hope that the cryptocurrencies will go to the Moon very soon. Probably, the coming winter will bring us a lot of positive news about BTC and altcoins.

We shouldn't put our hopes too high to this. Even there's a lot of good news in the market yet the movement is still the same, it doesn't have big impact in the market. The thing is, when the market goes up with 3% increase, 70% are selling and in return the price will dump more and unfortunately only 30% will buy back. Yes the news were positive but people don't see it as they focus on the price rather than the news.

Cryptocurrency is the future currency. If all the people know this thing, no doubt very soon bitcoin will take over the market in the near future because bitcoin is the leading crypto. Other coins may ineffective in the market and not acceptable all over the world. Holding is much better because we know that the market these days is not profitable for everyone. Yes,  we've never saw uprising trend and yet it is still moving up and down which could some significant that it is still working. 
100% guarantee that crypto will soon to rise and makes some surprises which totally compensate everyone who are still holding.

It's good to hold when we know the coins were holding have what it takes for long term or does have active team that put efforts to add spice on this market to make thwi project survive and not be in too dip.

The market is not too bad as I think because people still believe in bitcoin and they are optimistic about the future of bitcoin. I don’t think that there is any problem in the market. If somebody is not happy with the current situation of the market, he should wait for some time. The price will definitely rise in the future. A lot of positive things is happening right now and we are not so far from the deep. 5k? 4k? Doesn't matter. Market reversal is a question of few weeks. And we'll see a new global multi-year uptrend, guys. Still bullish on crypto.  

Whatever happens to the market, I still believe in holding. Even though market is down and especially market is good, I hold coins. It is because I am really inspired to bitcoin. I believe that if bitcoin can reach up to 19K USD, other coins (even alts) can also grow although not as high as 19K.

Yes, the market is slowly going back to normal and I won't be surprised if one day, most of the proces will pump. We just need to be patient.

Actually, I do not see any changes in the crypto market. The altcoins are growing today but tomorrow, they can fall a bit. I think the day traders can earn on these movements.
