Yes there are lots of positive news about crypto recently which makes me to hold it tighter but I'm wondering why does the price keeps on declining? Sometimes I'm losing hope because of the unstoppable bloodbath. I decided to wait till December if nothing good happens until such time, I will sell my coins and will wait another time to penetrate in if the issues with cryptocurency are resolved.

Supposed to be amazed into those positive news above but it do changes my mood when someones asking for merit.  but well i do give out due to such effort! By the way those are indeed positive things but it wont still ensure that we would definitely hit up or do increase price.We might see increases but it wont really be just the same or just as fast like in the past. I do rather believe this would move on gradual basis but who knows, the only thing is i know that if theres a bear market there would be always a bullish one. |

Yes there are lots of positive news about crypto recently which makes me to hold it tighter but I'm wondering why does the price keeps on declining? Sometimes I'm losing hope because of the unstoppable bloodbath. I decided to wait till December if nothing good happens until such time, I will sell my coins and will wait another time to penetrate in if the issues with cryptocurency are resolved.

although I don't think price can go lower and there is a good chance for rise but I have to mention that news is not the reason for price rise or price fall. it has never been the reason for it either. that is why we have been seeing a lot of good news like this for the past two months and price was going down all this time.
we need the market to be ready for moving in certain direction, then the news can help it. for example when we were on the downtrend and the news about Facebook banning ICOs came out, bitcoin price dropped. it was not because of the news, nobody gives a fuck about the news. it was because people were speculating a drop and the news helped them make their mind and sell.

Yes, there are really many good news. What we saw with the price a few days ago is a simple manipulation. I think that soon we will see a turn. Altcoins are more likely following bitcoin, seems like it's growing together, side by side. If bitcoin price decline, so does altcoin. Because of people look for a chance to make profits by investing in altcoins, hoping for it getting bigger after bitcoin. Most coin in the market has fallen more than 50% even more since bitcoin plummet, altcoins tend to rise and fall according to bitcoin price. Don't hope for altcoins dumped to pump bitcoin, but hope for new development and acceptance of bitcoin in various sector, then the price will automatically increase. |

In my opinion, Bitcoin cannot exist without altcoins I think. Nobody will need BTC without other projects. What is the link between BTC and altcoins? I do agree that bitcoin transactions increase due to altcoin exchange but when bitcoin was introduced they were no intention of using it for altcoin trading. When bitcoin popularity increased then only other altcoins came up so bitcoin has its own uses and it will survive even though there are no altcoins in the market. |

So far that was a good new not it could be. We expect that the market always had recovery to raise up the cryptocurrency price not always in a dip. But one thing we don't know if when it happens to bounce back again in the market. You're so idiot if you sell your all coins during the market is down, you don't have a chance to recover your lose and become a weak holder. The best thing to do is hold and wait because base on the graph of price movement last year bitcoin will raise at the month of December. |

I mean they can be tech pushers and with their followers they can bring up more investors in the market. I think this is the way market works when it comes to the big entities and their investment. Excitement and actual market situation are both the different things in the time line. I guess, crypto currencies behaviour is more or less dependent upon such news as you are mentioning here but its not always come along the way. In the previous month G20 summit was held and it was successful enough to boost the crypto market above the current threshold but nothing like that happened and it kept dropping itself a lot. I guess sometimes crypto is just mean girl and it listens to no one at all. So getting excited and making investment without thinking can be dangerous. But HODL is option that mostly works just fine as you get time to think about it.  |

Lot of positive news come out recently and also some rumours additionally (like Facebook buys Coinbase etc )
Market is now accumulating good news and will not necessarily react immediately as it does when negative news come out.
But, definitely more reasons to HODL than selling. ( It still depends on coins)

That is a good decision i think. I think that holding bitcoin is the best option in current time. we need to have the power of holding our bitcoin, bitcoin price is not going to dump forever, but very soon it will recover and we will see the bitcoin price trading above 20k. I think that most of the investors were expecting the price trading above 30k in July and month of August. Yes holding is the best option for now so that we didn't missed the opportunity to earn a profit in bitcoin. I'm hoping for it as well. There are so many signs that the market is doing good because of this news. Good news appear when the market is bullish while bad news appear when the market is bearish. It seems that the one who controls the news want people to buy because of this kind of news. It has been a long time since I see multiple good news because every time there is good news this past few months, it will be buried by multiple bad news. This is the time to buy and if you can see some bad news nowadays, it seems not so significant anymore. A recent hack in a big exchange even has a little effect on the price. |

Do you see it? I won't predict price action in this topic, but the one thing I'm pretty sure because of it: at least I will HOLD. A lot of positive things is happening right now and we are not so far from the deep. 5k? 4k? Doesn't matter. Market reversal is a question of few weeks. And we'll see a new global multi-year uptrend, guys. Still bullish on crypto.  A lot of positive news with regards to crypto in this past weeks but still we are experiencing a downfall of crypto prices. I tend to believe that maybe there are groups or whales manipulating this whole thing. But i am optimistic and remain hopeful that there would be a reversal of market trend in the near future. If you want to hold thats fine but don't forget the more everyone holds the less bitcoin there is on the market, and the less bitcoin on the market the higher the price will go. Now that sounds amazing but as soon as it reaches a point where selling is profitable those holders will start to sell which will cause it to drop. We lived it on the 20k all time high and we are seeing the consequences of it right now. Unfortunately as long as people do not realize that the purpose of bitcoin is same as dollars as in earning and spending instead of buying and selling we will always have these ups and downs. |

I have faith in a good outcome when it comes to Bitcoin, but not so much in the rest of the crypto space. It's quite a mess actually, and just depends on stupid people doing stupid things leading to severe losses in the end. All shitcoins that don't add anything are worth a lot, but the coins that are solving a problem and offer great use are worth way less. The main coins offering privacy features are all undervalued in my opinion, and that by a lot. This whole industry is far too pumpy dumpy to be taken seriously. Not sure when this will ever change, but it can't continue like this. We'll see where it ends, but hodling anything other than Bitcoin is a huge risk. |

It may just as well keep tanking after a few days; don't let yesterday's increase trick you into thinking that we are out of the 'danger zone' yet, because we're not. If you look at the charts, you'll see that current increase is the third attempt to break $6900 and it might just as easily fail again. It matters to pay attention to facts and not some nonsense assumptions.  We are seeing some good green volume recently and expecting a bull run soon.

The market is already showing good signs today and hopefully this week will be the start of series of price increase.
It could be similar to what happened back in April. The price shot up from well under $7000 to nearly the $10,000 mark, where after that we set a new low for the year well under the $6000 mark. I don't see much reason for longer term optimism with that in mind, especially with how the downtrend remains up as long as we don't break the $10,000 mark. Patience is key here and will definitely pay off later on. It's understandable that people get excited everywhere, but this market is too unpredictable to value it based on what happened in the last days. Dollar cost averaging remains the best way to deal with it. |

The altcoins isn't declining, but it was just dependent on how bitcoin will have to go further its value. This is true, if you go back 4-5 years ago, you will see that nothing will stop Bitcoin from gaining its ground. There maybe negative news along the way but notice how the price of Bitcoin starts to recover 2 to 3 months after a drastic fall. sometimes you will just scratch your head when you panicked and sell then see how the price recovers. Whales are just staring at their computers and saying gotcha for those who sold at bottom price. |

We should take this advantages to continue holding for the better income in the near future.
The altcoins isn't declining, but it was just dependent on how bitcoin will have to go further its value. Green signals indicates pumping price and its demand of bitcoin shows positive changes of value, so if we may see alts were falling at lower value that's only a part of the corrections period. Hodling at 100% assurance could be the best strategy right now and this can be a perfect choice to have. Sometimes I'm losing hope because of the unstoppable bloodbath. People have their own prediction, of course, news are of 2 sides the positive one (bullish) and the opposite is negative (bearish) both have effect of someone's decision when it comes to investment and holding/selling of Bitcoin or Altcoins.
People panic when heard negative news about cryptocurrency and in other hand people are happy when reading positive news about it. It's a 50/50 decision and a very confusing matter.
In my case, I am a pro positivity and a believer of the blockchain technology as well as cryptocurrency. No matter what the news is as of today there's nothing for me to worry because in my mind the worlds future is cryptocurrencies.
I will decide whether to continue believing in crypto or stop 5 years from now if there's any changes on crypto market.

People put blame on the whales because they are always looking for someone to blame at the end of the day any which way rather than facing the fact that they lack understanding of the market and really have no knowledge about trading, and instead of just holding 100%, all they do is gamble their positions in the market and the end up seeing themselves lose a lot in the long run. Volatility will always be high as the market is absolutely speculative in nature and until we see some real demand based on usage, it is something everyone should just simply get used to. Some altcoins prices from now people cant understand what also happening in their prices why are they get dropping so lots of people also dont know what to do with their coins.
People will always panic because they had no understanding of the market, its volatility, the idea of focusing on the long term and forgetting about what you see at the moment and all they care about is how they want to see the market rise so huge in the short term and get rich overnight. The market is highly positive, looking at the market from the onset, it keeps increasing every year, and I really do not expect that at this stage, people should not always focus on the current downtrend but the possible uptrend and the huge demand as well as mass adoption in the future. |

We shouldn't put our hopes too high to this. Even there's a lot of good news in the market yet the movement is still the same, it doesn't have big impact in the market. The thing is, when the market goes up with 3% increase, 70% are selling and in return the price will dump more and unfortunately only 30% will buy back. I agree and i personally like to hold crypto and market is positive and showing a good movement from bad to good side and holding is good in these days crypto market is the best when it start moving up and if we hold our coins and wait in the market the outcome will be more than normal.
We need more trust in the market and we need more positive news in circulation. so that users do not feel afraid anymore and demand returns up. so that the bitcoin market can return to having a change in a better direction(moving up). because at the moment the problem is the lack of user confidence in the market and low purchasing power of users |

Yes, the market is positive. I think the bulls are here and they are coming strong after those consecutive bloody months since January. Hoping that these positivity would give strength and momentum to the market in prepartion to bull run. Though unlikely to happen this year, may be early next year. What important is stability first.
If this will add some pump and good indicators then chances that it can really push through. We need a much reliable news to make it happen. I think soon or later, it will come and will push bitcoin and altcoin to increase and makes the market recover. Maybe we need to be patient again to wait for the time to comes and hold is the best solution for this. This month gives a good result in the market because many of the coins can increase and makes a new high price although it's not the highest price. |

I think a good way to tell whether a new bitcoin bull run is incoming is to look if all shitcoins returned to their real value after the last time they became overpriced due to being dragged after bitcoin. Now their prices look to be more accurate than when monero was $600+ |

Yes,I agree with you. When bitcoin price up to 10000$ this time market will change otherwise hold the asset. this is one of the many good news circulating and hopefully this can be one of the triggers for the increase in bitcoin prices this year and can be very expensive again.
We shouldn't put our hopes too high to this. Even there's a lot of good news in the market yet the movement is still the same, it doesn't have big impact in the market. The thing is, when the market goes up with 3% increase, 70% are selling and in return the price will dump more and unfortunately only 30% will buy back. Yes the news were positive but people don't see it as they focus on the price rather than the news. Cryptocurrency is the future currency. If all the people know this thing, no doubt very soon bitcoin will take over the market in the near future because bitcoin is the leading crypto. Other coins may ineffective in the market and not acceptable all over the world. Holding is much better because we know that the market these days is not profitable for everyone. Only good traders can make profit in this situation. |

Don't wait for the bull to start running again, instead what you can do is take advantage of the volatility of all crypto assets. Most crypto assets price moves 1%- 2% . Actually, It was my mistake when I didn't recognize the right moment to sell (at least I sold alts). But now.. so close to strongest support level 3k, after 1 month of the continuous dump, what is the point to sell? Risk/reward is weak. I believe things will be better soon. |

Bitcoin SV or Bitcoin Cash ABC is nothing but another altcoins for pump-and-dump scheme. So there's no positive news on that one, its just a rinse and repeat process. So all of us will really need a lot of patience because there will be no bull run up to the end of the year which everyone is expected. We might end this year still in the bearish but just be optimistic that next year will be the start of our recovery. |

No one but because they have the money that can be used for selling or buying at low prices, it has a big effect in the market. @turkandjaydee I also believe that those newbies left the market. I mean, when the price of bitcoin reaches up to $6K, this forum became flooded with new people and when the market goes down, they are likely the ones who left easily. There have been same news as this for long, but the market has never gotten better, rather what we keep seeing is down and down everyday. Hope it never fall below the $3k plus price is at now. In order to reverse the situation of the market, we need a huge amount of money to enter the crypto market and this will create a good spike that will ignite the market but who will do it for us? The buying support are not enough to sustain the daily demand and as a result the price will surely hit the bottom not unless a surprise buyers will come.
