There's no valid reason why create another MN coin.
Other than the fact of getting BTC from naive users here.
You can see their real motive even just by looking their roadmap.
Just the same story of every crap MN project. Sell their coins. That's all it is.

Where are demands, there are sellers.
Just let sellers buy what they wanted to own.
That's it. They have to be responsible for their investments, and take risks by themselves.
