I just wish to advice new or inexperienced bounty hunters looking to make some money by investing their energy, time, data and other resources to promote a project. If you love yourself stay away from NEEDMONEY bounty. Out of every five campaigns he manage three end up being scam, the remaining two takes a long time before you are paid and the tokens sometimes end up being useless and mind you his campaign are usually 9weeks and above. I have experienced this first hand and I want you to take a cue from me.
I am not putting this out here to pull him down but only if someone told me about this  I wouldn't have been a victim. It is unfair to waste your resources promoting projects for months and at the end of the day you don't get rewarded.
I think bounty hunters should be ready to call out this incompetent bounty managers so that others can learn and  won't fall a victim.
Also for those that have experienced a similar feat with him, share your experience.
Say no to incompetent bounty managers.

I think this is a great example of how bad experiences makes a person a better person and wanting to help others not get screwed in the same way. So sometimes it's good that bad things happen.

This topic you touched on is very useful as a warning for such newcomers in the participation of the bounty program. I now will not trust the needmoney. Thank you for such information.

I understand your feelings, I also experienced some bounty managed by the needmoney and did not receive anything. Currently, he manages many bad projects so we need to evaluate the project before joining. The bounty campaigns are managed by needmoney or tokensuite in general because a lot of participants, the rewards get very little. Now, the ICO has become so popular that bounty is the same. We need to have the skills to evaluate projects before joining, regardless of the bounty manager, not just the needmoney.

If the project fails, it is entirely not the fault of the campaign manager. Therefore, it is not appropriate to just assume and tell and encourage everyone to act on behalf of what you have experienced. It is a personal rule to always read and research about a campaign before joining, not just rely on the campaign managers who is wekl known because, they, themselves, that this projects will push through at the end. They put their names and trusts rates on the line, managing campaign that they think has potential, so I don't think we can.judge them so easily. DYOR.
But did you actually knows that most of this bounty manager dont even for onces make research on their projects they are managing, they are only after making fast money since most are paid with already established coins.

Yeah pretty obvious he's just accepting any bounty, most of them seem to be blatant scams.

A debt of gratitude is in order for the data. I have not been engaged with the crusades of this chief, and maybe I won't start. Coincidentally, now numerous acclaimed directors have turned out to be much more terrible at working - not to answer network questions, long to tally tables et cetera.

Yes,  in the early days of needmoney bounty managrment it seems all are paying then now the opposite. Even a high pointed scam project in terms of fake team he choose to run the campaign. Just showing its enough for him to be paid and not making a good reputation in the field of bounty managing.

basically, a bounty manager can not judge whether the project will fail or a scam. they just do their work as bounty manager to manage the bounty hunter, so we can not blame it. Getting a scam ico is a disappointing thing but we must keep trying to get a legit ico.

Perhaps this is not entirely NEEDMONEY's fault. I think that when we join a bounty, we should realize that it is not just the bounty manager. The real key is whether the project is reliable.

Thanks for sharing this information. I think a lot of need to be more aware of the scam projects that are out there, because it is really a painful thing to invest time in doing bounties and get nothing at the end of the day.

Most of the time bounty managers have no fault, because there are some projects that are managed very bad and even if they don't know the world of bounties and bitcointalk, they want to promote their coin and launch their bounty program on bitcointalk without knowing in what a bounty consist and how much work it needs

I guess his technique is just to keep on accepting bounties without doing in depth research about them.

Some are defending him because probably you are part of his campaign but it's all of your decision. Just do your research on what you are joining.

for me it is needmoney fault because he always fail to address the bounty participants,
for crying out loud, once a project ends up scam, address the public, make them aware, but instead needmoney continues to update spreadsheet considering us as stupid and volatile

just flee from his bounties

I didn't participate in his campaigns, but thank you for the warning. You'd better give some examples.

Seems he did not satisfy many people.
Looks like I have not been involved in any project management by him at all.

Improve me if I am wrong, but do you really think that bounty manager should be responsible for success of the ICO? The only area of bounty manager responsibilities is the professional bounty conduction and support of the bounty community

Totally agree with you. I also participated in 3 of its bounty campaigns and they all turned out to be fraudulent. I have not received a single dollar as a reward.
