Many people lose their investment in ICO-based projects, until this platform is born, will the ICO projects that will go through this platform have to obey the rules on the platform? It's possible if Maker want to publish their's ICO in FairEco platform. Because our platform is open for any kind of projects. However, it depends on their's road-map which they set. The payment will be separated into subtle. After that, if they can't reach their plan, backers are able to do veto vote and stop their project.
Indeed this concept related the ICO model called "DAICO", Vitalik Buterin had announced since January'18 (For more details please DYOR at google).
