I'm fairly confident we will see a new all time high by the time Christmas comes. I know a lot of people are upset about current prices but we should be happy bitcoin has made it this far. When bitcoin was $1, I doubt anyone thought it would ever reach $1000.
Also if you look at the volume when the price was around the 20k range there wasn't many buyers and sellers at the peak.

I doubt he'll be able to come back, even to $ 20,000. Growth is unlikely, it is likely to be around $ 7,000 coming . There are different information, some traders note a possible growth by 2021.

Some have been saying that the price will go down again come -BER months (October - November) because it is usually during these months that price goes down. Of course, we can’t say for sure because bitcoin has no particular pattern. Even if it has been usual that price has been behaving such a way, we can’t say for sure it would happen again every year. Even if bitcoin had an ATH of over $20K last year, the same could or could not happen by December. It’s likely that many will plan to sell by December because it’s the time for spending... err- I mean giving.

I hear so many times that the price will rise by the end of the year that I get scared. Whales are aware of these moods and can easily collapse prices at the end of the year. I am also concerned that many users are waiting for the price increase in order to sell their coins. This can create additional pressure on prices.

Not really I think,if it is holiday season the price may get lowered because people will cashout their investment for spending it in their holdidays.Most of the growth happened in 2017 was just hyped by many factors and we all get trapped in that but now this time the price looks stable and corrected itself. |

I don't think there is any link between the price of bitcoins and a season or holiday. Bitcoins even declined during the Christmas season and has since not gone back to the 20,000 price again.

Actually, every holiday especially in the last month of a year many people will receive their bonuses from their job so that it is one of the reason why the price of bitcoin spike to the $20000. Furthermore, I think this season can really affect the price of bitcoin. I hope in the end of this year the price of bitcoin will rise again or it will reach $30000. |

It's nice to see green for now is probably a good start to keep going until the end of the year, not too concerned with Bitcoin's achievement, as prices fluctuate rapidly, confident that Bitcoin will reach prices like last year but not for this year because there are still doubts for many people, so enjoy while I can still make a profit.

Last year, it was September when the Chinese suddenly announces their U-turn on bitcoin. October we see the price touch $5000 for the first time. And then we all know what happened on the following months culminating the madness on December peaking at almost $20,000. so if your question is that if we can replicate last year during the holiday rush of December, I think no one can answer accurately. Personally though I still hold on my prediction that we can't get to a new all-time-high this year because of regulations and outright ban of many countries. But I would be happy if we get to see the price goes above $10,000. |

last year was financial god for everyone. They spend lot of money on vacations - in that time they hold money in bitcoins while traveling and used for many other places like domain renew and donation work. Last year price gone upto 20,000$ due to china and many other countries like south Korea exchange. I can expect bitcoin rice will go to max 12000$ because Korea banned bitcoins (price was jumped from 8000 to 15000$ in a month) wait for some good news to come from countries like India , koreya , US , many contries where bitcoin was banned now |

I doubt bitcoin rised to several folds last year just because "it is holiday". I get that people save money for that date thus can buy bitcoin for themselves or for presents to whoever but that's it, how can it move the market enough for people to take notice? Even if people hype it, they won't bite especially those who do not have any idea what bitcoin is because if it doesn't have any "backing", it'll be empty words.
Although I'm not sure what will happen at the end of the year, with worries and excitement on my shoulders, I'm looking forward to it.

There is no connection on certain dates or season on regarding when will Bitcoin go up or down. We cannot always hope for Bitcoin to rally because December is now near. As a trader I always go look for its price charts rather than think of Bitcoin's movement as a seasonal move as it is more accurate compared to linking dates to price movement as there is no logical reason behind it. People who are thinking that it will go up now without backing it up logically are simply stating their opinion or guess about it.

Some people said that bitcoin this year can reach upto 30k USD! let's keep things in perspective. that's one data point, and sure, the 2013 bubble is another. but let's look at some other data points. in december 2011, bitcoin was experiencing its worst bear market ever recorded. in december 2014, we were in the middle of the brutal 2014 bear market. so i wouldn't put any stock into the holidays mattering. it really depends on the broader market cycle. The demand for bitcoin is increasing when this last months comes.

I think season like Christmas is pick season and crypto is in demand to all investor. Seasons have a good contribute sometimes in crypto market. And I'm believing that we will hit the highest price before year ends. |

I think season like Christmas is pick season and crypto is in demand to all investor. Seasons have a good contribute sometimes in crypto market. And I'm believing that we will hit the highest price before year ends. I don't think Christmas has anything to do with crypto prices honestly... Back in the day, people used to say the price would go down because people would be cashing out coins for their holidays, I.e presents, trips, etc. Bitcoin really has only risen in December twice AFAIK in 2013 and 2017. I don't expect the same thing to happen this year. |
