Well, the balance of my btc was 0.39xxx after i sent them. After a few minutes the transactions popped up again, looking like it was sent again, howeven, my balance went to 0.43xxx as seen on the second screenshot.
Also, the first 2 transactions i sent are getting confirms, but the second transactions none so far. Also the client im sending it to arent getting any confirms.
So for some reason: 1. The transactions have been sent twice 2. Instead of my balance decreasing it has increased. 3. The client im sending it to (betarigs) arent getting any confirms.
Hopefully this makes it more clear.

Someone is having fun modifying (just the signature not the amount, fee, source, or receiver) and rebroadcasting your tx due to signature malleability. Not sure if it is just to be an ass, or to prove a point.
However each tx in the pair uses the same inputs so only one can be confirmed in a block and the network will then drop the other as a double spend.

Ah ok, so i'll just have to ride it out then? Also after that, will my balance return to the number i had expected? And how long can it take?

I had the same thing happen today. I sent some bitcoins and received a transaction ID but before any or just as the first confirm a second transaction shows up with a different transaction ID and 1 confirm. So the original transaction appears in my wallet but with 0 confirms.

you just received free money then...? Probably, but no incoming transfers so that seems a bit wierd to me. What i think i'm going to do is boot up a second pc and install QT there. then transfer all of it to that wallet and see what happens.

I have the same problem ( betarigs as well ) but now i cannot use my wallet as i get an error Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here i still have bitcoin in my wallet i can spend but now i cannot send anything from the wallet what do i do to fix this? Thanks try to reset blockchain? It should do the job propably ... (tell me if I am wrong)

Even from a bad situation some good comes from it however inconvenient it may be... Also as a miner i am sure you must have several wallets 1 for mining one for payments etc etc.
