I don't want to cause any undue concern here, but I've never had any issues withdrawing coins from BTC-e before - up until this point.

The final step in withdrawing is that they send you a confirmation email - which you can then confirm or cancel ...
Today I've seen that the confirmation email just never arrives!!?  I've tried about 30 times already ... no email!! Therefore no withdrawal.

The funny thing is - I logged a ticket with them about it and the email associated with the ticket landed in my inbox in less than 1 second flat, so clearly there's no issue with them using my email address.
Yet the withdrawal confirmation email(s) simply never arrive!  Therefore coin withdrawals have effectively been halted!

at least in my case they have.

Anyone else having issues?

I  think it's pretty poor that they don't even put up a notice on their website then warning of possible issues with coin withdrawals if updating their wallets really is the issue...

Especially in the current climate where users are easily spooked due to the goings on at Mt Grox.

It will be interesting to see how long they take before responding to my ticket. I'm not happy

10 hours here on 53 btc. According to their twitter the problem is fixed, but so far the withdrawal hasn't processed nor have the coins made it back to my wallet again. I'm sure I can expect the usual 2-3 week broken english canned message response before someone fixes it.

I logged another ticket with them confirming that the problem persists - despite numerous attempts at withdrawal - each time requesting the confirmation email to be resent dozens of times.

As before - no confirmation emails have been received as of yet.

As before- the email confirming my ticket raised had no problem in reaching my inbox within a couple of seconds!
But no withdrawal confirmation emails have been forthcoming from BTC-e.

So due to the fact that these "confirmation emails" are simply not reaching my inbox, i am unable to confirm the withdrawal, which means that for all practical purpose - I CANNOT WITHDRAW COINS OUT OF BTC-E!!

I'm surprised that there are not thousands of other people complaining about the same issue???

Especially given whats happened at Gox.

Not happy!

I actually get the confirmation emails just fine, and the transaction is confirmed on BTC-e's side (in history) but not going through aka not going to the blockchain.

They tweeted the withdrawals were fixed about an hour ago, but nothing so far. I suspect they've got quite the backlog however.

Yes they are working right now, tried with 0.5 and it went straight through.

The one from last night is still nowhere to be found though. Really wish I wouldn't depend on btc-e's worthless support at this point  Angry

I also wanted to withdraw 0.6 BTC about 10 hours ago.
I got the mail, confirmed it and BTC-e said that everything is fine.
But the amount was never committed to the blockchain.

Waiting for several hours now and not knowing what's happening with my BTC.
I hope, I didn't got scammed.  Angry

I dont know if this is related or not, but i'm also not getting the usual email 'Successful authorization' which i usually receive each time i log on to the BTC-e site!

Yet i get the emails acknowledging that i've just logged a ticket - no problemo.

Why am i not getting the usual emails
1, to acknowlege 'Successful authorization' each time i log on to the site?
2. to confirm coin withdrawals ??

Bit confused, you sent from where to where? When you withdraw from BTC-e and it hits the blockchain and confirms there is really nothing on their end left to do, they sent it then.

Most people are still waiting for their coins to finally get to the blockchain from yesterday. Transfers right now are working however so I hope they are working on a solution for the backlog that did not go through automatically.

sent from btc-e to cryptsy. the tx took at least 10 hours to get to blockchain, and now is not even showing up as pending on crypsty. check it yourself. 13 confirmations, my bad.. still.. https://blockchain.info/tx/072118b9bd470086f1c3e62a092672ba457139bdf20a0d2613e74a84810575cc

i know what you are saying though. i just found it odd it took 10 hours to get to blockchain, and now not even pending at crypsty after 13 confirmations. hopefully that is cryptsy's wallet my coins are being sent to, it is not the one i entered in btc-e withdrawal.

also, bitstamp users are having problems w/d as well now.

I'm happy to hear your transaction from BTC-e did finally hit the chain after 10 hours. Gives me hope my transfer will sort itself out soon.

Cryptsy is well known for taking the p*** with deposits, sadly. Not sure what's up with Stamp, but off and on I have experienced delays there before. I'm guessing all exchanges are busy checking their wallets and searching for holes right now.

That doesn't show a 5 BTC transaction, it shows a 118.34553317 BTC transaction.

no, inside that tx is my tx in the large list of sender addresses. use ctrl+f and search 14MC1rFAFmma3ngDzkEjyZjoc8B3Y4rNxJ

i am assuming that the recieving wallet is cryptsy's wallet. i sent from btc-e to cryptsy.

further analysis of past withdrawals from btc-e suggest that that is indeed, cryptsy's wallet.
