Right now just about every exchange isn't processing withdrawals or deposits correctly. Wait for the storm to pass.

but what if the withdrawal did process, and it's nowhere to be found? my case.

Very simple, once it hits the blockchain btc-e has nothing to do with it anymore. It's the problem of whoever owns the address you sent coins to.
Like I said, pretty much every exchange is knee deep in **** right now with their wallets. Nothing is working. Nothing else we can do right now.

well i sent btc from btc-e address 14MC1rFAFmma3ngDzkEjyZjoc8B3Y4rNxJ to my crypsty address 1BLm1sB3esPvExKjWwQjv14GoojTbncytT.

my transaction got lumped into a large batch of tx and was sent to https://blockchain.info/address/1Facb8QnikfPUoo8WVFnyai3e1Hcov9y8T

which was at 2000btc+ earlier in the day and has since emptied. hopefully that is cryptsy and they are fixing things. i do notice that my tx still says spent but not transacted (the 5.xx btc tx) https://blockchain.info/tx-index/112534071/0

Same one i got. Makes no sense with tx prior to DDOS that it would be stuck in processing. It's been 36 hours and you can't get it on the blockchain? Ridiculous.

Still nothing.

Tweets are only posted in russian.. Google translator:

"Until the end of February will be temporarily unavailable output in Privat"

Wth is this supposed to mean? We wont get our BTC until the end of february!?

Edit: Does anyone know if cryptsy is working fine or can suggest me a solid exchange for xpm > btc?

The BTC-e tweet only concerns fiat withdrawals into a specific bank in Ukraine called Privatbank. It doesn't concern any English speaking person so it makes sense to keep it in Russian.

I made a deposit and withdrawal very early on 2-10-2014.  My deposit took a few hours, my withdrawal is about 48 hours and nothing.  So why can you deposit but not withdraw?  Seems kind of shady and maybe they need incoming btc to cover the withdraws as everyone is making a bank/btc run.  Are they using people's deposits for operational expenses and other expenses and thus don't have enough btc on hand?

You can perfectly withdraw right now.

A whole bunch got stuck on 10-11 feb. Not just BTC-e but Stamp and many other exchanges as well.  BTC-e tweeted a little while ago that these will be resent 13/02 aka tomorrow.

They are not in limbo... they arrived at the designated address. Contact whoever owns that address (Cryptsy you said?)

I just withdrew 4.7BTC from BTC-e a couple of hours ago. Broke it up into a few chunks just in case, but all landed in my multibit wallet in a couple of minutes.
