Another day down with no withdrawal. Still never sent to the blockchain, never returned to the account. Support closed my ticket and hasn't answered my new one.
They're having issues at btc-e.  Hence my lost coins.  They're trying to keep it hush.  No ones talking about it on the chat either.  You'll get a rare post "No withdrawal..."  But the 'to the moon' talk quickly buries it.  Btc-e's days are numbered imho.

So it turns out, my KryptoKit wallet had a weak private key that was hacked by a bot.  Completely my fault.  I did it to myself.  Long story.  Shame on me.

Hello Everyone,

I'm glad I was able to find this post. I have bitcoins that I requested to withdraw on 2/11/2014 at 3:15 pm EST. I even received the confirmation email that I use to click accept transfer. As of 2/15/2014 1:15 am EST, there have been no withdraws to my requested address. My ticket requests were eventually replied to with "fixed", yet nothing was fixed and my coins are neither in my btc-e walllet or my private wallet.

I'm really nervous that they are selectively scamming. I don't understand how some people are receiving their coins and some of us are not. I'll keep my situation updated. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.  Cry

Thank you. My concern is the amount of bitcoin I tried to withdraw. Many people that I've heard say transactions went through smoothly have mentioned smaller amounts. Has anyone here with a 50+ bitcoin withdrawal received their funds?

An update:

At 6:52 am EST, I received an email from BTC-e Helpdesk with the message below:

"Hello ! You got your money?"

I responded within minutes:

"Hello! Thank you for your response BTC-e. No I haven't Sad

You can check from the Blockchain that my funds were never received. My withdraw address is 1BvyqA9Mxpra4Y86EZuGcQw9RgJtG4[deleted portion]

Also, you can check that the bitcoins were not sent back to my BTC-e account either.

Can you please help? Thank you so much!"

I will give you all an update as soon as I get one.

I think people with problems probably all withdrew on the 2-10 or 2-11-2014.  For me it's looking like btc-e.com steals coins.

I'll give it until Monday and then I guess it's time to open up a scam accusations thread and leave negative trust.

Hi - their Skype address doesn't work - I think it hasn't worked since January or something. At any rate my contact request to
support.btc-e  is still pending for the last 2 days. Do you know of a different Skype address? More generally - do you know how??

Update: I received a canned response from one of my earlier tickets. It says, "Hello! Please send full details (ID transaction / SWIFT copy) of the transfer to check+ scan and screenshots."

I've provided them with my transaction ID, my wallet withdraw destination address, and a screenshot of the transaction.

I'll let you know if anyone comes of it. Thanks.

Classic conversation - thanks it was very amusing: I can't work out if this is another scammer or actually BTC-e. But I guess even they aren't this bad - (I'll let you know if my ticket is closed tomorrow with a statement in which case I think we can all stop wasting our time.) I think that the genuine Skype name for btc-e support was support.btc-e by the way .... [UPDATE: ticket not closed yet - I guess it was a scammer after all]

[15/02/2014 21:42:16] btc-e.support: And which part is weird ?
[15/02/2014 21:43:17] S.: Do you mean you want to look while I log into my btc-e account. Can you explain what we would do exactly
[15/02/2014 21:43:42] btc-e.support: You don't need to assist me,i do not force you.
[15/02/2014 21:43:47] btc-e.support: Do not download the program Smiley
[15/02/2014 21:44:25] S.: Can we do it without the programme - I have never used it before so obviously I am unsure what it does exactly
[15/02/2014 21:45:02] btc-e.support: You must deposit 5btc
[15/02/2014 21:45:30] S.: I don't have 5btc - you have all my btc.
[15/02/2014 21:45:49] btc-e.support: This is the only wa to circulate the hold
[15/02/2014 21:46:12] S.: Are you saying that you won't release my btc unless I pay you 5 btc?
[15/02/2014 21:47:02] btc-e.support: However you like to understand it.
[15/02/2014 21:47:30] S.: That's like 35% of the total Sounds a bit steep. Can't we come to a better deal?
[15/02/2014 21:47:52] btc-e.support: They will be refunded to the same wallet after circulate release the hold.
[15/02/2014 21:48:06] btc-e.support: Not sure for what "better deal" you are asking for.
[15/02/2014 21:48:31] S.: Less than 5BTC would be a better deal - why do I need to pay them to you again?
[15/02/2014 21:48:47] btc-e.support: Because i am the one who is going to release the hold and serving you at the moment.
[15/02/2014 21:49:01] S.: Oh I see - it's your own fee?
[15/02/2014 21:49:07] btc-e.support: And you are not gifting me the coins, that's not fee. They will be refunded to the same wallet after circulate release the hold.
[15/02/2014 21:50:00] S.: How do I know you'll give them back to me. You already haven't given me the coins I sent a few days ago.
[15/02/2014 21:50:14] S.: You'll understand my doubts here I guess
[15/02/2014 21:50:23] btc-e.support: That's the procedure
[15/02/2014 21:50:33] S.: Are you really from btc-e support?
[15/02/2014 21:50:51] btc-e.support: Vladimir here,support team.
[15/02/2014 21:51:11] S.: I thought the support is in Thailand - do you live in Thailand?
[15/02/2014 21:51:15] S.: Vladimir
[15/02/2014 21:51:36] btc-e.support: We are not Thailand based,and that's not secret.
[15/02/2014 21:51:57] S.: Oh I see. Anyhoo, not very keen on sending you the 5BTC if you don't mind.
[15/02/2014 21:52:08] btc-e.support: Let me know when you like to fix transaction

[15/02/2014 21:53:02] S.: Oh yeah - pay you more BTC. Look I think we know where this is heading.
[15/02/2014 21:53:14] btc-e.support: Yes ?
[15/02/2014 21:53:54] btc-e.support: I told you how to fix problem, you said you like to fix it now.I don't see you really like to help yourself.
[15/02/2014 21:54:34] btc-e.support: It is automatized system and i am trying to explain you how it works. If you are not fine with that, after you have your coins, you are welcome to quit using our website if it doesn't full your requirements.

[15/02/2014 21:57:37] btc-e.support: We do not force anyone.
[15/02/2014 21:58:00] S.: But you are saying if I don't do this my transaction will be stuck for ever, is that it?
[15/02/2014 21:58:28] btc-e.support: Unfortunately
[15/02/2014 21:58:47] S.: That's terrible - do you mind if I pass this conversation on to the newspapers in the UK?
[15/02/2014 21:59:02] S.: They would be interested in the way support works in BTC-e
[15/02/2014 21:59:29] btc-e.support: You can pass anything you want.I hope you read our Terms Of Service.Don't waste your time
[15/02/2014 21:59:46] btc-e.support: I am trying to help you,and if you are not trying to help yourself, then we have no work together.
[15/02/2014 21:59:55] S.: Does it mention the 5BTC in the terms of service?
[15/02/2014 22:00:21] btc-e.support: Our terms are flexable.
[15/02/2014 22:00:37] btc-e.support: Everyone know that "we" the biggest exchangers had problems iwth "Addressing Transaction Malleability".
