HELP! Problem with Withdrawal BTC for BTC-e

Hello,

Yesterday I made a transfer of bitcoins, from BTC-e to MERCADO Bitcoin(BR), I received the email confirmation and confirmed.

But it's been over 16 hours and still did not get the bitcoin and I can't find the transaction in Bitcoin Explorers.

I opened a ticket, but have not yet received a reply.


What can I do to recover my bitcoins?

I wouldn't worry to much.  There has been problems in the BTC network with malicious nodes trying to poison the transactions.  It'll probably double spend and end right back up at the BTC-e account after some time.    Keep on them though to make sure they know about yours.
