Can I get my sums right on this - how much of the 3% is the IPO, and how much in BTC was the IPO (200?). I'm trying to figure out what your average 1BTC investor will get in terms of Pandas in their wallet.

2% of the 3% is for the IPO , remainder is toward services, sites, dev and various others

Am I getting this right

3% Premine = 3,000,000,000 Panda
2% of 3% for IPO = 60,000,000 Panda = 200 BTC
1 BTC = 300,000 Panda?

Quote
3% Premine - for community, giveaways, casinos, bounties.
IF A COIN IS PREMINE MORE THAN %0.1, IT'S SCAM %99

THIS COIN WILL BE THE BEST SCAM EVER AFTER MAXCOIN.

THEY WILL USE THE MINERS AS A LEVERAGE AND WILL DUMP THEIR COINS IN FIRST EXCHANGE.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL STUPIDS.

I don't like this coin.

DEV premine 3% ~ 300.000.000 coin.
Buy the shitcoin via IPO cheaper miner. So you mine another coins and sell to BTC, then buy Pandashitcoin via IPO as well. Cheapest method.

I think every one think about it.

Tomorow Pandashitcoin will no value, and die. Because nethashate very low >> diff is low >> pice low...

I don't like IPO, I don't like premine.

Let see the RDDcoin.

I believe it meant that 2/3rds of the premine was IPO, so 2 billion. 2 Billion/200BTC = 10Million Panda, with 10,000,000 panda, price would have to be >10 satoshi to  see profit from the IPO.

Why call it initial public offer when it's not really public? I mean how many of us actually had a chance to buy-in on this IPO?

it's public in that you'd have to have been buddies with this group as it was orchestrating some market manipulation for pump and dumps, not called them out on it during that time, and then paying them BTC to get into the private IRC room where they've been orchestrating pandacoin, where you'd have to pay more BTC for the IPO.

100% public and fair, give or take 100% margin of error.

well its clearly a pure scam
worst scam ever, never seen a more clear scam than this one, even a 5 years old kid can spot this out.

guys ill launch a coin, 3% premine, its for IPO so no one call me a scammer, and btw, its already sold out, if you didn't magically know that we were selling them in a room, in some where in program named IRC that many of you never heard about before except few old jeezers that use net during 1997, so without any need to prove that we sold it for real, we want you to know you can mine it during valentine, but we wont need to do so, we got 3 bill to dump the shit of this coin.

I am not so sure if I understand the concept. This Coin is supposed to combat market manipulation by being heavily premined by wolong and gang, who are selfproclaimed market manipulaters? Well, that sounds absolutely reasonable...
