Wolong will employ a share of the pre-mine – likely a minimum of hundreds of millions of PANDA – to stabilise the coin against pump and dumpers, at least in its early days. Leaving aside the tangled irony of a former market manipulator now manipulating a market to discourage other market manipulators… This could work to stabilise the coin’s value intially. The larger of the original IPO investors will hold their coins for at least 6 months.  Just to clarify; that 2% is inclusive of what wolong will receive (this is my understanding). The other 1% of the 3% total will be split amongst devs and services that are being created: bounties, gaming, etc.

Wolong has a vested interest to make his share be as profitable as can be.  This will benefit all of us.

Market manipulation is not a crime.  If there were regulations against that, and what he was doing was labeled a crime, then I may be on the anti-wolong train, but there aren't, so I'm not.  He squeezed out profit as best as he saw fit, and people hate him for that.  Well this isn't a popularity contest.  If he can make profit happen within the confines of the law/system, then its fine by me.  Why would that be reason to hate other than jealousy.
