All Altcoins follow Bitcoin, that is written, no Altcoin has a life of its own, they depend directly on Bitcoin, the only way they go up is for Bitcoin to be placed in an uptrend, some Altcoin moves them are groups of PUMP and DUMP. That's why it's its rare forms ... You just have to understand the market.
It is true that all the major altcoin follow bitcoin, but if you look at the market you can daily see some coins gaining ten percent to seventy percent on a daily basis, just check the chart in coinmarketcap and you will understand how the market is behaving on a daily basis. I never invested in those coins or never checked those and hence i cannot give a concrete answer on how these movements happen, may be it is a pump and dump scheme but the market moves on a daily basis irrespective of the bitcoin market. But looking at the broader picture if we want to see a recover in the entire market we need movement in bitcoin.

That those coins are Pump and Dump, normally they happen in Exchanges like Binance and Bittrex, at the moment there are many groups in Telegram that are dedicated to give signals and when they see that there is a good volume they help to raise a very big candle, the unsuspecting enter because they think that they will lose the movement and when they go up much more, they start selling in seconds and that is why those coins are kept, but they do not have structure, they do not have phases like accumulation, tendency, distribution ...
