If you're going all in, which you should absolutely never do, at least go with the proven coins such as BTC, ETH, NEO, etc. Never even heard of ziliqa before and without looking I can almost guarantee it will be a shitcoin

Going all in is never recommended in the first place. But calling ziliqa a shitcoin is wrong. Very wrong. The fact that you're just hearing about it doesn't mean it's a shitcoin. You should check the trends to know what is, and what's not. If I have $3000, I would use $2000 to buy Pundi x and get 7.3% of whatever I hodl as monthly airdrop. Pundix x has dipped alot and you might profit from both increase in token value and monthly 7.3% airdrop distribution. The rest of the funds might be use to acquire some eth and look for some really good icos.

I'd invest everything in Bitcoin and Ethereum if not in an ICO. The two major coins is still in their lowest value and we are about to approach the bullish months. Actually, we can see that it has already started. If you are going to hold it for a long period of time, by the year ends, your $3000 invest can be tripled or more. But ICOs will give you more profit, you just need to scan carefully the ICOs you want to invest. Always read the whitepaper and check the profile of the team in LinkedIN.

This is a good time to invest. With $ 3000 I would invest $ 1500 in Bitcoin, $ 1000 for Ethereum and $ 500 for Cardano. First thing I will do is to make a diversified portfolio. Investing all in a single coin doesnt make sense specially in a volatile market like crypto. I would instead invest 50% in total for BTC and ETH and remaining 50% in 5 different coins with strong fundamentals and which are pretty close to there ATL value or even lower.

In my opinion, you should follow the prices and make your buying partly, not only in august. I think the market has started recovering slowly, and for me, ethereum, stratis and monero can be good selections now.

Three thousand dollars isn't that much money to invest with in cryptocurrencies, but it isn't a bad amount to start out with.  I would research the low cap coins and find up to 3 that I like and invest $1000 each into them.  Look for coins in the 100 to 200 ranking of coinmarketcap.

I think if you keep waiting, you'll miss a lot of good chances to earn in this market . There are so many other good cryptocurrencies to invest in so why you only interested in Ziliqa? How about XLM? How about XRP? Don't just invest in only 1 cryptocurrency is the most important thing we should remember so why you're going to do what we shouldn't do? Sometime risk is needed but in this case I don't think so.

everybody seem to be expecting this ETF although there is a high chance for it to be approved this time because regulations are being talked. if i have to analyze it, they would need to approve ETF before they can regulate.

$3000 is just too small to profit bit with, i suggest going with EOS and NEO, the cheaper coins the better as you have more coins.

Top 20 coins should be good for current entry, esp those with launching products with solid users, now is a great time for such investment, blockchain projects seems to be a good choice as they could grow easily with adoption, otherwise bitcoin or bitcoin cash is solid, run the bull together

ETH. I would put all of that money in ethereum for the long term. Just put it in a secure wallet and then forget about it for a long time. For the sake of diversifying, I would put some of the money in bitcoin, maybe like $1000 will be invested in bitcoin while the remaining $200 will be put into ethereum. I will hold these coins till the next bull market.
