why will a person use your token for bail? i mean why she/he wont pay directly instead of using your token?

If you have the money then you can always pay directly in full or use a bail bondsman.

The benefit here is that paying the bail in full, which most people don't have that type of money laying around. Or paying 10% to a bail bondsman and being released into their custody. Along with the many issues stated in the whitepaper http://mainprise.io/whitepaper Using this approach you get many people to make micropayment contributions to making the bail payment.
