You people really have a problem listening to rules....

The other bidder will currently loose 0.02.
If he bids 0.11, he will possibly only loose 0.11 -0.1 = 0.01.
You still give him an incentive to bid!

Furthermore; this forum allows sock puppets, meaning the OP can bid with a second account!

So now we wait for the sock puppet!
