You pretty much answered your own question, It is congested. Until Eth updates with it's new solutions in the next few months, this will probably be the price you will have to pay.

It was already a big problem Etheruem had to deal with. If high gasoline prices do not come down, there will be many projects that choose other main chains

past few day more than 80 gwei per transaction, today already reduce to below 20 gwei, so try to send your tokens now, if not maybe gwei will increase later

I don't believe now on Ethereum exchange they had numerous problem if you going to look on their wallet it's all congested. I don't what will Vitalik will do in his project. This is extremely exhausted! hope they can fix it

We are hearing complain about high gas price of this token. This is really a problem but we all know that the reason for high gas price is congestion. Yes, there is a high traffic in  the ethereum blockchain but everything is back to normal now. I mean the transaction fees is not that high anymore if send erc-20 tokens.

Yes when there are several transactions on the network, there is bound to be congestion
all you need to do is raise your gwei high up and moderate the gas fee, it would cost about 1$ - 2$ but it is still relative cheap compared to withdrawal fees on exchange sites
so there is no need to complain.
